I loved being able to see the ocean from the living room. The space was perfect for my 4 month old grandson and myself while my daughter in law was staying nearby with a bachelorette party. I would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time. This place is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Our only issue is…….to many private beach areas. But this wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

We enjoyed staying here and will be back. It was perfect!

My Grandkids loved being able to go out on the porch, grassy area and sidewalk. This place was fantastic. Loved the pool and the beach was right across the street. We like staying in the area because the lifeguards train every morning and are there thru out the day!

Great location close to handicapped beach access

We really enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo! Pool was really nice to relax in as well. One thing we would suggest are some beach chairs on the property to take to the beach. Rental of beach chairs was very expensive. We would stay here again!

My family and I, were celebrating our daughter’s 3rd bday with a trip to the beach. The beach is literally steps away. The property is close to lots of kid friendly fun. The place was clean and left tons of recommendations for outings.

Amazing vacation!

We had the most amazing vacation. This place felt like home the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy. This condo has tons of upgrades that were very nice. The pool was great. Great view of the Ocean from the patio. Camille’s that’s in walking distance was amazing. The best part, we were just a few steps to the beach. Henderson beach park is our go to for beach days and it was right next door! This condo is the perfect location and we love everything about it! We will definitely be back!

Condo itself is 5/5! Maybe the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and had everything we needed. The main thing to note is that though it has easy access to the beach, the access immediately across from the unit is hardly an access. The 2 resorts on either side of the public access have roped off their sections of beach and the remaining space between is laughable. Our jaws hit the floor and we decided we’d find another access because it was like sardines in a can. If you walk out of the unit and down to the left, there’s another access at the end of the block across the street from Camille’s. Still sandwiched between privatized areas of the beach, but more spacious and less ropes so it felt more welcoming. The condo was spectacular, but because of the beach access issue, I wouldn’t choose to go back to this area of Destin again—if you pay all this money to go to the beach, you want a good beach experience. The other occurrence was the upstairs neighbor (who seems to live there) who would thud across the unit at 2 or 3 in the morning each night. My husband had to even go up and ask him to quiet down one night because he was waking up from all the noise. All in all, we had a very good time and enjoyed eating dinner one night at Camille’s for a treat. Delicious, unique, and nothing like being able to walk to dinner from your rental!

Sweet little place

Took this trip with my buddies before everyone went back to school, this was perfect for that. A nice place to sit and rest, because naturally, most of the time out here will be spent out on the beach across the street, or in town.

Nice place good location.

This is a nice place and at a good location. Easy walk to the beach and close to stores and shopping. The quality of the items in the house is just okay. I expected more than plastic plates and cups for this prices. No real coffee mugs etc. Overall it was good and I would stay here again.

Great Location to Beach..Beware of upstairs noise

Great Location, 1 min walk to beach. Would have been just about perfect except for constant noise upstairs. Even if you have quiet neighbors you still will hear walking, toilet flush etc. Was hard to get any sleep throughout the night.

My husband and I loved this condo! Clean, bright and a great location! Just a few steps to the beach

We had a great time in this perfectly located and decorated condo. It was very clean and had a nice view of the Gulf and Crystal Beach. We could pack up our beach bag and walk to the beach in 3 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a little cooking and even had a cork screw. We sat on our patio in the evening and enjoyed the view of the water. In the morning we drank our coffee on the patio which was covered so even rainy mornings were great. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice and well maintained. Camille’s Restaurant was a block away for breakfast pickup or an afternoon cocktail. Everything was perfect!!
