About this property

Number Five Beach House

Modern and cute beach house designed to accommodate two families in comfort through a combination of indoor and outdoor living areas. Ideal for two families with two queen sized bedrooms and bunks for four. Small enough to be welcoming for a couple or single family yet large enough to fit two families in comfort.

Not really suitable for more than 4 adults, as bunk beds are more for little people.

Pet friendly with picket fence out front (per pictures).

WI-FI for your internet needs, and air-conditioning for your comfort.

NumberFive has been extensively rebuilt to provide stylish and modern holiday accommodation with your comfort in mind. The key feature of the renovation has been the vast rear veranda - the perfect place to rest during the day or to sit at night and listen to the waves on the beach while having a drink and dinner.

Three minutes walk to the beach, five minutes drive to Callala Bay shops and supermarket. Short walk to Callala RSL, golf, bowls, restaurant, bar and TAB. Cafe and tennis courts all nearby.

Sleeping areas comprise:
> Bedroom 1 - queen bed, wardrobe
> Bedroom 2 - queen bed, wardrobe
> Bedroom 3 - two sets of bunks, chest of drawers

Other rooms:
> Lounge - TV, five seater sofa, polished floors
> Dining - sits eight indoors or eight outdoors
> Kitchen - new kitchen, with microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and family sized fridge. Glasses and crockery for eight
> Bathroom - newly renovated bathroom/laundry with large washing machine

> Massive new rear veranda with large dining area, BBQ and huge ten-seater outdoor lounge setting. Washing line on side wall

The yard:
> Pet friendly with picket fence out front

> Environmentally friendly - solar heat pumped hot water and grey rainwater water system in laundry/toilet

Please note, there is one exterior security camera installed outside the house, facing the driveway. If you have any concerns relating to this please raise it with us.

'NumberFive' has a strict 'no smoking' policy that applies to the inside of the house. Guests are permitted to smoke on the rear deck and in the garden but we make the reasonable request that smokers do clean up after themselves. Please respect these conditions - it's our home you're staying in after all.....

This was our second time staying at Number Five and once again, we had a great time! Nothing can beat the location... so close to the beach, coffee van and pizza. We love being able to walk everywhere. Great place to have your doggos stay with you as well

Beautiful little cottage so close to the beach. We had a very comfortable stay with everything we needed. So great being able to have our dogs with us, they loved running around the yard and relaxing on the back deck with us. Would definitely come back here!

This welcoming and generous house was an oasis in Callala. The host was easy to contact, the house had everything needed for a relaxing stay. This might sound odd but the furniture was perfect (many holiday houses have plenty of uncomfortable furniture!) - spacious sofa, comfortable indoor and outdoor dining, front verandah seat lovely for morning coffee (Nespresso machine in house), huge back deck with lots of seating. Our dog also enjoyed the fully fenced garden and the dog friendly beach being so close.

Such a beautiful little house and so close to the beach! The host was so generous allowing us to host Christmas there, we can’t thank them enough. Everything about our stay was wonderful, the kids were happy, the dogs were happy - you cant go wrong! Communication with the host was amazing even though they were overseas! Great communication from Jamie the owner. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the outdoor sitting and dining area are great. Its fully fenced and ideal for pets & children. Its a 2 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the local shops. Ideal for a casual family get away.

Enjoyed our short beach stay with our two small dogs. Bonus was the great Italian restaurant Calabrisella pizza less than a 5 min walk and they are dog friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Jamie's Beach house. It has everything to make your time away relaxing. Beautiful deck out the back, close to the beach and the kids loved the Calabrisella pizza place just around the corner.

Lovely relaxing break

Cute cottage with fabulous outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Well equipped kitchen and extras. Short stroll to beautiful beach that wasn’t overcrowded. Perfect spot for a dog friendly break.

Cute, cosy beach house

Clean, modern, close to beach, everything you need is there, quiet town. Pillows on main bed were uncomfortable and shower was hard to get right temperature but everything else was great.
