great spot

Great studio. Had plenty of hot water and a great shower. Very close to beach access. Could use some end tables by the bed but not a huge issue. Property management was great and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The couch is a pull out so very Uncomfortable. Clean towels but provided only one wash cloth. No dish rags or dish towels. Hot plate provided and roomy fridge. I would stay here again but bring lawn chairs for comfort and my own kitchen equipment.

Check everything thoroughly upon arrival

Upon arrival check everything thoroughly and notify them immediately if you see ANYTHING! We checked in and one of the towels had a small brown spot on it, smelled it and it was clean so we didnt worry about it. We should have, they found same thing after we checked out, and they billed our credit card for a replacement towel, so just beware!!! House itself was great, it was very hot, and AC worked GREAT, nice and cold to come back to! Everything in house worked great, takes a while for hot water to get to the shower, so just wait for it. Nice location right next to Tucson beach access point.

Basic spartan Cholla Bay

The place was clean and recently constructed from existing larger structure. A little hard to find as Google map direction said rental was on the right when it was actually on the left. I had to go to three different resident doors trying my key to see if it fit. Third time was a charm (on the other side of street). Check out was inconvenient as I had to drive into town to drop off key to FMI Rentals fighting traffic all the way. It added 30 minutes and several miles to my trip home plus the stress and aggravation. Leaving the key in the rental should have been sufficient. The property was bare bones. The coffee maker carafe was cracked and leaked all over the counter. Not only did I have a mess to clean up, I had to go without coffee. This alone was a deal breaker. I would not recommend this property.

Everything was what I expected based on the listing. It was easy to find. The rental company made it convenient for me, which I appreciated. I would only suggest having a broom and dust pan available in case of spills or in case an excess of sand was brought in. I spilled some dry cereal and a broom would have made it easier to clean up. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
