This end unit townhome style condo is absolutely delightful and is in the heart of the fabulous Sawgrass Country Club. Upon entering you're drawn to the spacious 2 story living room that accesses the patio to enjoy the great water to golf views. The open layout makes the first floor feel extremely spacious. Kitchen with breakfast bar is open to the dining room which flows into both the sunroom and living room. One bedroom and bath on 1st level and upstairs is a roomy den that separates bedroom 3 from the large owners suite with fabulous views. Wood laminate floors throughout common areas, new carpet in bedrooms, new sliding doors, new master bathroom with walk-in glass shower, new stainless steel appliances, huge laundry room and 2 large storage closets. Tifton Cove offers a pool for guests and beach access is a short stroll or bike ride away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to be 'at home'. The owners were very responsive and quickly remedied an internet issue that was caused by landscapers cutting a cable. Would definitely recommend.

The property was clean, the community was great. Enough room for the 6 of us that stayed there. Not far from St. Augustine, where we enjoyed the sites and sounds. If it wasn't for the rain we would have seen more. The only issue was beach access, the owner state the beach was for residents, and supposedly there was access to the beach next to the Beach Club, but the guards wouldn't let us through the gate. Luckily the public beach access was just 3 miles away, and not very crowded. Having the beach gear and cart was a huge plus. If you are used to using wash cloths, like we were I suggest bringing them.

Great location and supplies

The townhouse was spacious for a small family. One of the beds was broken when we arrived and it was reported to the owners on the first day. It was not fixed when we left as they didn’t think we would use it. Interior lighting is all on remote control units, which is confusing and the kitchen lighting made it difficult to see when preparing a meal. The cable had issues on the last day there with some frustration for us all and the Fox channels had parental control code and needed a code to access. Overall nice place but it needs some TLC to some of the items - broken chair in the office and one on the outside patio. However, lots of items you need being near the beach - beach chairs, outside storage and other items for convenience. Location to beach, stores and other attractions in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra and St Augustine was great.

Great experience, wonderful host and location!

Everything was so smooth and the host was so wonderful. The area is private which made the beach way less crowded than other beaches! Only draw back is you cannot park at the beach, just drop off then had one person walk back to the beach (.5miles)- but the private beach was so worth it! I would definitely come back and stay.

Perfect location in Ponte Vedra Beach

Our 3 month stay this winter in Elaine and Tom’s condo was wonderful. We enjoyed easy walks to the beach and we always felt very safe. The condo isn’t lacking a thing. Great kitchen and laundry. We felt at home. Everything is so close—grocery shopping, restaurants, pharmacies and the beach, all mere minutes away. Thank you Elaine and Tom for being such great hosts and for sharing your condo with us!
