The yard and jetty are not open for the public, it is for your use only... nobody can walk through! The only visitors from the waterside are the many fish, ducks, and the occasional Kangaroo... ohh and paddle boarders and other kayaks will wave as they paddle past ;)

Why not try skiing, canoeing, wakeboarding or paddleboarding yourself, all popular activities to do on the lake directly in your own backyard.

Bird lovers will enjoy the variety of visiting birds including the many ducks looking to be fed. Watch for the kangaroos, Lake Conjola has many. Just pull up a chair and enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book or glass of wine, spirit, or beer! It is quiet and very relaxing*

The house has ceiling fans through out the living rooms and bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms make it ideal for 2 families to share. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed & bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, with 2 extra single beds. There is a Porta cot and high chair for the very little guests too. ********* Please note - There are quilts and pillows provided but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow slips, and towels.

This house features three bedrooms, smart TV & DVD player, Gas Weber Family Q BBQ. The kitchen has cooking appliances for all seasons, there is a slow cooker, electric frypan, popcorn maker & of course an electric blender (smoothies for breakfast) The main bathroom has a bath and there is a shower in the laundry, plus a washing machine. ****** Please note that you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries too.

Summer or winter this home offers a fantastic experience. On the warmer days, you can relax under the ceiling fans inside and still have the magnificent view through the huge glass doors or relax outside on the huge undercover deck overlooking the water and watch the local birds, ducks & kangaroos. There is bandicoot about but they are shy creatures that hide from the daylight.

On the colder days if you prefer to sit inside the 8-metre sliding glass doors will make you feel as though you are still outside relaxing in the warmth with a meal cooking in the oven or slow cooker as you relax.

Directly across the lake is a National Park where the kangaroos sleep peacefully under the trees and enjoy the tranquility of the lake.

Sit on the large back deck that overlooks the water and watch the sun come up in the mornings to this magical private paradise.

We are sorry but other than your pet bird, no cats and dogs please.
