Casa Vista, large private house with stunning views, 5 minutes from Siena center

Very comfortable, private house with parts dating back to the 1300s, large patio, garden with fruit trees and olive groves and a large private pool.

The house is very comfortably furnished with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dishwasher etc.

The house sleeps 7 people very easily with space for an additional single bed if required. Bedrooms are made up with three rooms with double/queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a large single. All rooms have drawers/hanging space. Linens and towels are provided. All sleeping accommodations are in private bedrooms, no sofa beds in the living room!
The large living room is very comfortable with 3 large sofas, a large LED TV/Apple TV, NETFLIX and HBO, and high speed internet available throughout.

There are multiple dining locations, inside there is a large main dining table in the lounge area, a smaller breakfast table in the entrance hall, a table incide the kitchen and a large outdoor dining table.

Parking is plentiful with a large patio area in front of the side, entered through automatic security gates.

Outside we have a large dining table big enough for 8, garden chairs facing the view and sunset plus a two person hammock.

By the pool, lounge chairs and a swing seat with sun shade.
