About this property

BEACH AND GOLF RESORT

This house has just been renovated 2024 with new bathroom, laundry and kitchen, Its 400mtrs to the beach, tennis courts, skate board ramp, library and Boat Ramp and right across the road from the 27 hole championship golf course. Take a 20 mins walk into the CBD to some of our fabulous restaurants and hotels, Coles, Aldi and Woolies. or visit the markets on the Boardwalk. Also in walking distance to the Marina for breaky, lunch or dinner or a ride on the jet boat.
Plenty of parking on property for boat caravan and cars. Also plenty of off street parking.

Bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
with 2nd toilet in laundry

Outside gazebo with 4 chair seating, coffee table, bar and 4 stools

Backyard fully fenced with side gates.

Concert in Batemans Bay

We have a lovely stay, plenty of room, lovely decor and house had all that we needed. Really enjoyed the quietness and the front gazebo for pre concert drinks and nibbles 😊
