Separate office, living room, dance space, art loft. Across the street from two metro lines. Fully furnished, TV, cable, and ultra high speed WiFi. Minimum stay two weeks, Very safe and secure, porter present, elevator, balconies, light-filled, lovely furnishings. Close to shopping, milongas, art and cultural activities, great restaurants.

Stella was an exceptionally responsive host, and her flat took us back to the days of elegance in Buenos Aires. My wife, our adult daughter, and I appreciated a number of things: Quality and roominess of the property, location proximate to countless shops, coffee and pastry venues, and transportation, and a bustling neighborhood.

Loved staying here! A great base for a visit to BA

This rental exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed, felt very homey, the beds were super comfortable, and the owner was great to work with and very helpful. The location is fantastic – great part of town and just across the street from the subway. The apartment is beautiful and has spoiled us for any other rentals in the future!

The apartment was a romantic step back in time. We loved the spacious rooms plus the location was excellent. Although on a busy street the heavy doors and shutters kept the street sounds at a minimum. We used the room air conditioning as the temps were unusually high. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Maybe the best VRBO we have rented in any country!

Wonderful!

The place was amazing with lots of space. It was great to be so close to all the things we wanted to do! You could tell the owners love the arts. There’s a room to dance tango, an artist loft and and office with good Wi-Fi.

A place of great beauty

This amazing apartment, old French, all original features, is located on a corner in central Recoleta, and catches the sun all day around. It feels like you have travelled back in time to the Buenos Aires of the early 20th century, were it not for the friendly hustle and bustle outside. The comfort of the apartment is wonderful, everything one needs is there, the owner and the manager are kind and wonderful people, and the only downside is that one day you’ll have to leave.

Gorgeous old home in great area

We loved the location of this home, walking distance to lots of restaurants and also very close to subway. Gorgeous historic interior with super tall ceilings. Can’t wait to come back!!

I bought the apartment so I would have a place to stay while pursuing my passion of tango dancing. I have visited and explored the country many times and hope you will come to love it as much as I do. The apartment has many maps and travel books.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property because of the high ceilings, antique wood floors, French balconies and old time iron grill elevator. This location is excellent for shopping and for getting around the city. Government has recently repaired the nearby sidewalks and buses are now electric. Buenos Aires is one of the most amazing cities in the world. From the third floor you can look out on the world.

What makes this property unique

Close to everything in a diverse, convenient and safe neighborhood, but when you get back to your very spacious home, you feel quiet and secluded. There is plenty of space for dancing, doing art, cooking, studying or just watching TV.
