Beautiful modern house is located in a quiet street only minutes walk from the township of Cape Paterson and superb beaches. Don't only think Summer with this beach house . we have a beautiful Jetmaster open fire to create the perfect Winter getaway . Long walks on the beach followed by the ambience of a magnificent open fire .

The beach house is fully self contained and equipped with modern conveniences :
- Sleeps 8 comfortably+ sofa bed
- 3 spacious bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms (ensuite to master )
- Laundry with washing machine and dryer
- Full Kitchen Facilities: Including; dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and chest freezer
- Open plan living area
- Flat screen TV with HDMI and USB ports and DVD player. Wifi now available
- Reverse cycle air conditioning in central living area and an jetmaster open fire place
- Off street parking for 3 cars
- Outdoor deck with furniture and new 6 burner BBQ

Great Stay

A great place to stay, exactly as described. A lovely outdoor area for pre dinner drinks or dinning. A short walk to the surf beach and the addition of WIFI was great in an area where reception can be challenging.

Absolute family perfection

This place is absolutely perfect for families - the right amount of space, outdoor space to hang out, great oven and warm comfy beds. It is super clean, and super easy to keep clean with little kids being little kids. Fingers crossed this place will be our always go/to beach escape for cape. Host was a total dream too.

A great place to stay

Libby was great to deal with, she replied to messages very quickly. The house was very comfortable and well appointed for a 5 night stay. The house is in a good location to explore the Bass coast area.

Gorgeous little house, very neat and tidy. Well located near the surf beach and walking distance to the milk bar and pub. Great little place if you have dogs as the backyard is very secure. Loved our stay 😃

Beautiful Coast

The house was a great launching pad to visit local attractions and only just over an hour from home. Was a little wet one day and enjoyed the selection of board games provided. Close to Inverloch and Wonthaggi for supplies. Just a short walk to the main surf beach. Great chips at the local shop!

Great location, close to the two beaches we love. Lots of stuff at the house to use, cutlery, plates ect. BBQ a bit dirty and a couple things not functioning perfectly but not a big deal. There’s no internet, so bring dvds lol, plenty of books and games though.

It was an awesome experience at Libby's property. It is very close to the beach. The kids had loads of fun here. Loved the BBQ. The bush in the backyard was great as well.

Beach Retreat is fabulous

We had a wonderful Christmas at Beach Retreat. The house was roomy and comfortable, with lots of seating for 9 of us. The kitchen was excellently equipped, the beds comfy and the atmosphere family friendly.
