This property is a spacious modern 4 bedroom townhouse with all the appliances and services required for a luxury short or long term stay.

Luxurious 4 bed/2 bathroom townhouse within 100m of beach. Great location with ocean views from huge balcony. Fully equipped for luxury living.

It is located in a very quiet street with virtually no through traffic. Cafes and local shopping at Christies Beach are a pleasant 5 minute stroll away. The major Colonnades shopping precinct is only a short 4 minute drive

The beautiful sandy beach is only 100 metres from the front door. The child-friendly beach is directly adjacent to, and serviced by, the local Life Saving and Sailing clubs.

Nearby Port Noarlunga with its many cafes, restaurants and historic jetty is only a few minutes drive, or for those looking to stay fit, a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk along the coastline.

A special feature is the upstairs balcony with ocean views and remote-controlled blinds to take the heat out of the late afternoon sun while you relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and nibbles or look after the steaks on the gas barbecue.

Upstairs includes:

- large open plan Lounge/Dining area including a 52" Sony flat screen LCD TV
with Foxtel channels, Blu-Ray disc player and Bose surround sound system.

- Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooktop, electric oven, 2-door fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, filtered water system, pantry and extensive food preparation area.

- Bedroom 1 - King bed, ensuite and dressing area.

- Bedroom 2/study - Single bed and port-a-cot available on request.

- Guest toilet/vanity

- Spacious Balcony with gas barbecue.

Downstairs includes:

- additional family-oriented area with 36" Sharp flat screen LCD TV, DVD player
and Playstation (perfect for the younger generation).

- Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and built-in robes.

- Bedroom 4 - single size bunk beds and built-in robes.

- large family Bathroom with bath and separate shower.

- separate Toilet with adjacent vanity area.

- Laundry with washing machine and separate dryer.

- imposing entry hall.

- 2 car lock-up Garage with direct secure access to the house.

At the rear of the house there is a private and secure garden area with a hot/cold shower facility to wash off the salt/sand after a day at the beach. Also, a tiled undercover area (with cafe-style blinds) provides another place for the family to relax or play in inclement weather.

Reverse cycle airconditioning services all areas in the house to provide zoned temperature control throughout the year.

Free wireless internet is available. All linen and towels are supplied.

Pets are allowed but limited to small dogs only.

Such a wonderful stay. This is a home that we would happily live in. Great location with beautiful views of the sea, literally metres from the beach and a couple of minutes walk to Beach Road that has everything you need.The house itself is beautifully presented by Sally, very clean and has everything that you would need.So great to be able to take our dogs who loved the dog-friendly beach too.We are already planning our return visit :)

Wonderful townhouse

The property was larger than expected with plenty of room for 4 adults. Lots of great outdoor areas and room inside to dine and relax. Perfect for exploring McLaren Vale a simple 15 minute drive away.

We had an enjoyable stay here. House is spacious and comfortable, in a quiet area, it’s only a short walk to the beautiful long sandy beach, esplanade and shops. Great to have a sea view and a balcony to sit out and enjoy it and the fantastic sunsets. Sally is easy to communicate with and helpful. We could stay here again.

Great beachside stay near Adelaide

The house was super comfortable with many mod cons. Just a street back from a beautiful long beach which is dog friendly. A good sized backyard, great garage and a king bed in the master bedroom. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the front verandah and we especially loved the proximity to the McLaren Vale wineries. We would just suggest that Foxtel be upgraded to include sports and movies and all would be perfect.

Just completed a this Christies Beach Townhouse. The house was absolutely awesome. Very clean and extremely well stock with everything we needed for our stay. An excellent location away from the core of Adelaide, minutes walk to the beach, and a short walk to some nearby restaurants. Sally is an excellent host and was very responsive to all our questions. We had rain while we were there and having the drive in garage was an excellent feature. All in all a fantastic place that I highly recommend. Would gladly re-book on our next trip out this way.

The only thing I will fault is actually cleaning the entire property before leaving, I don't think that cleaning the entire place was needed for us since paying almost 400 per night.

What a beautiful home , set one street back from the stunning beach at Christie’s . The home itself is modern with everything you need for a beachside getaway , and the fact we were able to have our dog with us made it an even more enjoyable experience. Sally showed us thru the home on our arrival , and really was the perfect host. With the beach , cafes and many eateries so close you couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and unwind. We definitely will stay again.
