Studio renovated, beautiful view of the pool, private beach, no road between the beach and all amenities .Proche residence, the car is not essential, a sea shuttle allows you to visit the Cap Ferret Andernos les Bains and from the pier.

In order to have more flexibility for arrivals and departures I provide all maintenance products to make my studio as clean as possible and I will complete course before the arrival of new tenants. Everyone is a winner because no cleaning fee and the apartment is found often open earlier than planned
