You will enjoy your stay in this spacious and modern condo, 881 sqft. It features a generous rooftop with stunning views of the city and the sea, a king-size bed, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. During your vacation, you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of Playa Mamitas, which is just a 7-minute walk away. Additionally, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and more on the famous 5th Avenue, located only a block away.

This unit is conveniently located on the second floor. We prioritize cleanliness to guarantee a hygienic environment for our guests. The neighborhood is known for its safety, and to enhance security, the building features a 24/7 concierge and recording cameras service that oversees the common areas. This condo is an excellent choice for both vacation and long-term rentals, making it a versatile option for various needs.


★ BEDROOM
The bedroom has a king-size bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. There's a large closet space, drawers, and a safety box to store your valuables. Additionally, the couch in the living room doubles as a sofa-bed; there is an extra set of sheets and blankets for this feature.

★ KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is cookware such as pans, a blender, a coffee-maker, a toaster, and an induction stove. Enjoy your meals on the stone island or watching the ocean waves in the rooftop dining area.

★ BATHROOM
The large bathroom is perfect to take a shower after a long day of relaxing by the beach or going on adventures. The shower has a large shower head with good pressure and plenty of water. We provide beach, bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths.

★ POOL & GYM
Grab a drink, lie down on the numerous sun beds, and see the spectacular Caribbean sunsets over the ocean from the rooftop pool. The water is always kept at a warm temperature and is perfect for swimming at any time of the day. There is a small gym located on the rooftop as well with essentials such as treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes.

Self check-in. Access the condo via a keycard. The keycard is kept in a small lockbox next to the door which is opened through a code.

Excellent location

I stayed in Playa for 3 weeks and this was a great place to be in. The condo is very comfortable with an easy walking distance down 5th ave and a very short walk to Mamita's Beach. The building and underground parking seemed very secure and the rooftop pool was a great space and very quiet this time of year. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much. Thank you to the host for maintaing a nice space to stay.

Great place great emplacement but…

The property is clean and the emplacement is perfect! Near the action but enough far to be calm. The roof top is perfect. The only thing negative is the view! They are building new condos just in front and we can practically touch the new building when we are on the balcony! So if you are looking for sunlight and great view this is not for you

This apt is very nice has all the basic stuff. The king bed is very comfy. The pillows are comfy. The shower is hot however i think if you have long hair or thick hair it is a bit weak for getting the shampoo out. The location is very good. 1 block away is the grocery store so convient There is a walking track across the street which the public can use when there is no event. Close to 5th Avenue and many restaurants. There are 2 issues for me. There is no view. You look at a brick wall 10 feet off the deck and there is a big fan off the end of the deck that runs 24 /7 so the noise on the deck is too loud. You donot hear it inside with the doors closed. So not a problem there. I was there for 2 months. I think if you are there 1 to 3 weeks this place is perfect. Has a nice pool on the roof. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with by Jessica.

Quiet condo close to everything.

We so enjoyed our stay in Jessica's unit. Lovely unit, fast internet and Sky satellite TV, with a gorgeous rooftop pool. Great location, about a 5 min walk to the quieter end of 5th Ave. Lots of wonderful restaurants and the beach are nearby. Walmart and Mega supermarket are about a 15 min walk. Jessica was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Though the neighborhood is very safe, the building has a 24/7 concierge monitoring the entire property. This condo is ideal for both vacation and long-term rentals.

What makes this property unique

SOLEA condos is central to everything great that Playa del Carmen has to offer: the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and more are within walking distance. Parks such as Xcaret, Xplor, Rio Secreto are a 12-15 min drive away, while Cancun international airport, Tulum, Xel-ha, Xavage, cenotes, and archeological sites are less then 1 hr away driving.
