Amenities and house were amazing. Great location and it's all about that huge living area and alfresco deck!!Only thing I would suggest is more toilet paper and better quality please. Tap water in the kitchen was a bit funky...not sure what was going on there?
Such a lovely house. We stayed as a group of extended family and there was plenty of room for us all. Just a short walk to the beach front which was perfect for walks and a short drive into town for all our essentials.
The house was perfect for our needs, had everything anyone could want. The location was excellent, we’ll definitely be recommending it to others and hopefully returning ourselves with our family.

The location and upstairs living was a great space with excellent view…the property is in need of some maintenance…it was extremely bright with no window treatments on east facing windows…fine in winter but would be very hot in summer…loved being able to walk into town and to meelup
We absolutely loved our stay at the beach house. Location is perfect, home is very well appointed, clean, comfortable and the most gorgeous views on the balcony. Perfect for our family getaway, we will definitely be back !
Fantastic location overlooking the bay. We saw and heard whales each day! Upstairs with a well equipt kitchen, dining, lounge and massive deck was light, bright and modern. Beautiful winter sun as we visited in winter. Upstairs main bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs part of house with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom was much darker and seemed older. Beds comfy.Lockbox easy entry, plenty room for parking, easy beach access and nice walk to town along foreshore. We enjoyed our stay.
It was a lovely place to stay for the four days. It was a good place for family where you weren't on edge. We loved sitting outside on the large deck and had great conversations out there while watching the water activity. I thought that it was fair value and fitted the bill for our requirements.
Lovely Dunsborough holiday home with a spectacular view
Wow this home has the most fantastic water view from the balcony. The living/dining and kitchen are lovely and fully equipped. There are plenty of bedrooms to accommodate families or a group of friends. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
The views!!!!!! Amazing and stunning. I do agree with otther reviewers that eastern side of the house needs some kind of protection from gleering morning sun.
We were so impressed with the house! Beautiful views, so much space for the family, we were 6 adults & a 6 yr old girl, just perfect! Location was great! And short walk to the beach for a stroll, lots of people walking their dogs, and enjoying life. Massive back yard with play ground for kids to runaround kick a ball and just enjoy the greenery! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!
Beautiful home with great views & awesome location
What fantastic stay we had!! Upstairs living area is stunning! Very well equiped kitchen. Great size rooms & bathrooms. Kids loved the playground and grass area at the back bottom end of the property. Lots of stairs so be mindful with little ones, the gates do help although back balcony gate wasn’t working properly from check in. Can be noisy down stairs from people walking around upstairs. Brilliant location with a short walk to the beach and playground. Short & easy drive to caves road and the beautiful surrounding areas. We would stay here again. Thank you
The view from the deck is beautiful. The property has everything you need for a week, however it could benefit from being updated it’s looking slightly old in areas. We had a very hot week and the only aircon was in the main living area unfortunately there wasn’t enough fans supplied for all the bedrooms either so pretty hot in the bedrooms. Location was great for the swimming Beach and only 30min walk into town along the foreshore. Recommend the bowls club which is a short walk away for a game of barefoot lawn bowls plus there is a great choice of wines available too! Overall everyone enjoyed themselves.

Friends getaway
Good spaces for multiple families and good location. House in desperate need of maintenance and updating. Old parts not shown accurately on photos and even newer renovation had things falling apart. Just some aspects are: skirting boards falling off, holes in walls, mould on blinds, mould on shower curtain, doors not working well, only very basic cleaning done, dirty top bedding, heaters in bedrooms very old. Some items supplied were bare minimums only: would have been good to have clingwrap, oven mitts, more tea towels and more hand towels.

We're already addressing many of these concerns with our cleaning and maintenance teams, and your detailed comments are helping guide those improvements.
Loved this beautiful property we will be back. The views from the decking out the back facing the ocean gave us prime position to see the Whales migrate through the area at sunrise and views to enjoy a glass of red in the evening!
The local birds were amazing. Hand fed the kookaburras, magpies & 28 parrots it was beautiful!!! Even had the rabbits drop in out the back. Plenty of room in the backyard for kids if you have any, the home gave a real warmth about the place it has everything you need.
5 min drive from the hussle and bussle of town!
Pros - Perfectly located a few mins away from the beach, coffee van, playground and Meelup trail bush walk. Leisurely stroll to town along the foreshore. Lovely deck which we enjoyed in the evenings. Fully equipped kitchen and bbq.
Cons - all bedrooms are very dated. Beware if you are downstairs, you can hear every footstep and sound from the top floor. No air con in bedrooms so it was stuffy at night even with fans on. Deck and living area very hot during the day. Dripping from ceiling in master shower was annoying.
