Come relax with the family at our condo. The Copeland Cabana, a charming , freshly updated, second-story condo located just steps from the beach. This delightful retreat offers deeded beach access, a vaulted ceiling, 2 cozy bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen. Unwind on the balcony, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or explore the nearby beach, attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Enjoy the convenience of Turkish beach towels, sand toys , cooler , beach cart, umbrella and beach chairs .

Upon entering our condo you step in to the updated kitchen. Bright and refreshing with white cabinets, tile backsplash and quartz countertops. This kitchen is equipped with features to make you feel right at home.

Construction Notice (October 2025 – June 2026):
Our condo complex will be undergoing planned walkway and deck construction across different buildings between October 2025 and June 2026. While this work helps keep the property in great shape, we want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises during your stay.

The good news is:
- Our building will always remain accessible during your visit.
- All shared amenities (like the pool and beach access) are expected to stay open.
-We’ve already blocked availability during the weeks our specific building will be directly affected.

That said, you may hear construction noise during normal working hours on weekdays. We truly appreciate your patience as the complex improves, and we're doing everything we can to minimize the impact on your stay.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please all trash to the dumpster located in the back corner of complex, remove all food items from pantry & fridge, gather all towels/washcloths/bathmat & start load before leaving with pod provided.
Dishes,Coffee pot, blender etc clean and put away, check under the bed and couch for items, wash sheet & return with properly store packnplay along w/ booster seat, turn off lights, fans & TVs
Leave clean, dry cooler in condo, place clean, dry beach items in deck box and lock, adjust thermostat to 75 in summer/60 in winter, lock door using keypad only- DO NOT LOCK BOTTOM LOCK
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. Our stay at the condo made going to the beach very easy and was definitely one of our favorite parts of our time. Steph was easy to coordinate with and answer any questions we had. We would stay here again if in the area.

We just fell in love with this area of Gulf Shores and the quaint Lani Kai village. The condo has been updated with new carpet, linens, bedding, curtains, furniture, dishes and more!
