Spacious and comfortable house near the beach with view over village and sea.

"Samarkanda" is a large comfortable house with garden in Rincón de la Victoria, a village on the coast close to Málaga. You have a view over the village towards the sea, and on a clear day you may even see the African coast.
The boulevard and beach are at a 5 minute down hill walk. The beach is sandy and has public showers.
Supermarkets, stores with local produce, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Malaga is a 15 minute drive, or a 25 minute bus ride.

The house has three bedrooms with good quality beds to sleep up to 5 guests. The kitchen is big and well equipped, see the inventory. All together, the three stories have about 130 m2 of living space, excluding the garden.

Great place in the non-touristy side of Malaga

We stayed for 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The checkin process was painless… the place was clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The patio outside the kitchen is heavenly in the morning. The place is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants close by. All in all, Michiel and Benoit took great care of us and we would highly recommend!

Beautiful beach town outside busier Malaga

Everything we could need during our stay was in the house - Kitchen and bath supplies, games, tour information, lots of living space inside and outside. The location was perfect for shopping within easy walking distance for groceries, eyeglasses ;) clothes and also for walking on the beach promenade, playgrounds, cafes. Super easy bus travel to Malaga. For further touring we opted to rent a car, but also made train connections to Cordoba and Seville from Malaga. So convenient to have Michiel and his family next door to help guide us and welcome us. We felt like it was our home away from home!

The house is just perfect! Very spacious and clean. Beautiful views from almost every window: to the sea, to the garden or to the charming little square in front of the house. Geweldig huis met veel leefruimte binnen en buiten op een geweldige plek: 5min lopen naar het strand en de gezellige boulevard, 5min lopen naar een goede supermarkt en 10min lopen naar het centrum van Rincon.Het zwembad is voorzien van voldoende ligbedden en ook geschikt voor jongere kinderen, gezien de diepte van 0,5m aan 1 kant.2 slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airco, wat erg prettig is voor warme nachten.De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, er staat een kast vol (NL) spelletjes, (NL) boeken en BBQen die je met uitzicht op zee. Een groot voordeel is dat de host ernaast woont. De host is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam en contact is makkelijk en snel.Malaga is binnen 30min eenvoudig te bereiken met een huurauto. Wij hebben zowel de haven als het centrum bezocht. Parkeergarages zijn goed aan te rijden. Rondom het huis is ook voldoende parkeergelegenheid.Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en bevelen dit huis aan voor een vakantie net buiten Malaga en weg van het ‘standaardtoerisme’ van Torremolinos.

Très belle maison mais inadaptée pour personnes âgées. L’annonce manque de précisions à ce sujet . La piscine est inaccessible ( plus de 100 marches à monter pour y accéder !!!!) dommage que l’accessibilité soit si compliquée, ça gâche les vacances

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus befindet sich in Strandnähe, in paar Minuten ist man am weitläufigen Sandstrand angekommen. Auch kann man auf der Hauptstraße in tollen Läden das beste Obst und Gemüse, Honig, usw. kaufen (Mango unbedingt probieren) Uns hat es im Haus sehr gut gefallen - Michiel stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, extra Dank dafür! Das Auto kann man 50m von der Unterkunft öffentlich kostenlos und sicher in einer Parkbucht parken. Nach Malaga lohnt sich aber mit dem Bus reinzufahren - wenn man eine Karte hat (bei Michiel anfragen), bucht man Geld drauf - eine Fahrt nach Malaga kostet 0.45€... Im Haus gibt es Klimaanlage und alles wie in der Anzeige. Tolles Haus - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dejligt hus med skøn placering og alt lige i nærheden

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Samarkanda, også selvom poolen var under renovering og derfor ikke kunne benyttes - de 3 uger vi tilbragte i huset gik meget hurtigt og huset fungerede rigtig godt for vores lille familie med to små børn. Ferien ganzer November

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, Strandnähe, im Zentrum, nahe bei den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren zu zweit und schätzten die Ruhe welche für diese Lage erstaunlich gut war. Das Haus ist für eine Familie sehr gut ausgestattet und geeignet. Für uns war es schade, dass das Haus nach Westen ausgerichtet ist. Somit sehr spät Sonne und Wärme, dafür aber spektakuläre Sonnenuntergang. Fazit: im Sommer genial, da gut beschattet, im Herbst und Winter eher beschränkt durch die Westausrichtung.
