Every room has views into the lush tropical garden. Upstairs is the main living room which includes spacious lounge with Smart TV and dining area, as well as modern fully equipped kitchen. This large living space opens on to the north facing covered timber deck, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. On this level there is a powder room and the easterly facing main bedroom, which has an ensuite plus walk in robe.
On the garden level, there are two bedrooms, one with ensuite. There is also a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is also another living area with a Smart TV, coffee and tea making facilities and a bar fridge. Using the Privacy Screen provided, this large room can convert into a 4th bedroom as it has a queen bed as well as a pull out sofa bed (suitable for children).
Everything that Byron Bay has to offer is within easy walking distance, so no need for a car. Also within 100metres are tennis courts, soccer field, playground and croquet pitch.
What could be better than a lovely day at the beach or a walk to the Cape Byron Lighthouse, then after your hot outdoor shower to sit on the the deck for late afternoon drinks, followed by some delicious Byron produce cooked on the deck's Weber BBQ.
