Where do i start well i did read the previous reviews before i booked which sounded fine but suspiciously one of them describes the property as a three bedder its not it only has two.The property adjoins another residence only separated by a stud wall which sound travels very easily through. I only stayed one night thank god which was a Saturday, there was extensive noise throughout the evening which eventually died down once the other occupiers went out for the evening when they returned home at 4am in a drunken manor the music was turned up to a level that shook the walls and kept me awake from then on, the dance music with that incredible deep base sound that went right through your body.The mattress was covered over with a piece of 25mm foam to try and disguise that fact that i should have been thrown out years ago both myself and my partner repeatedly ended up in the middle due to the shape of the mattress.
The confirmation i received once booked also scared me you are warned that if you don't follow the requests from the owner you will be charged, this text is taken from the confirmation "RED BIN out on the kerb on WEDNESDAY for collection on THURSDAY. There will be a charge of $50 if bins are found overflowing" and also "There will be a charge for towels found with unrelated stains" the list goes on also i was also ask if i needed bed linen which was obvious i did there was an extra charge of $30.
Hi thanks for your feedback. The review that you were referring to was a 3 bedroom because I had to relocate the tenant. This property is no different from the 3 bedroom in maintenance and furnishings.
If there was any discomfort at your stay my telephone number was on the fridge. One or 2 Mattresses have a foam for extra comfort. Yes red bins need to be out on the street and I had to add a fee based on previous experience, some bins were not collected and rubbish overflowing. This is a residential property and bins needs to be collected.
I have a rule that noise level needs to be down by 9.30pm. If the tenant next door was noisy you needed to call me and I would have advised them. I have changed the bed linen to be included for the first 2 occupants only. I give that option to make the tariff more affordable and some tenants do prefer to bring their own. I don't operator a motel but only a few residential properties.
I have changed quite a few things at this property since this feedback. But I always welcome constructive feedbacks to improve the comfort of tenants.
