About this property
Parma Farm Homestead
Parma House is a recently renovated heritage home, built in 1874 on one of the first farms of the region. Originally a large dairy farm, the property has been divided up with the main house on the central 100 acres.
The farm has plenty to offer so you never have to leave, but if you feel the urge to expore, the spectacular beaches of Jervis Bay are within 15 minutes drive away, and Booderee National Park about 25 minutes.
Spend you day relaxing around the pool, or on the verandah overlooking the paddocks and national park beyond. Watch our Belted Galloway cows amble across the grass, or go and visit them, they are beautiful and very curious animals. Feed the chooks and collect their eggs. Try your hand a yabbying or fishing in the farm lake. And if you're feeling energetic, take a walk down to the bottom of the property into the conservation corridor and across Parma Creek.

I had such a beautiful stay with my family at Parma. Amazing outdoor area and an incredible house with so much space ! Alistair and his friend welcomed us and were so nice. We are very grateful for the stay.
Gorgeous well-appointed farmhouse with beautiful gardens, views and a pool. Great chef’s kitchen and indoor and outdoor areas to hang out in. House was very clean. The owner is a delight to communicate with.
Parma house was absolutely beautiful. It is very well appointed, comfortable and peaceful. The 3 outdoor recreation areas were divine. It is the perfect group holiday house. Thank you.
Picturesque Australian Cottage perched on top of a bill with gorgeous sunset views. There’s furniture placed everywhere to enjoy all angles of the property. Fresh eggs and verges were provided and a chefs kitchen to cook what ever you wish. Tasteful decorated with quirky art, gorgeous rugs and comfy beds and large rooms. It rained most of our time there but that didn’t spoil our time. We managed to enjoy our last day in the sun by the Tuscan style heated pool. Super easy to get to and enough space for the 8 of us to feel like we were in each other’s pockets all the time. We would definitely consider staying again. The host was super helpful, responsive and accommodating. There were games provided and all the streaming channels on the TV to pass the time. We got to feed the horses and met the lovely neighbour. Nowra shops are just 15 minutes up the road and the beaches are that far either. All in all we were all happy with our stay.
Fantastic old homestead. We absolutely loved every minute.
10 adults - really comfortable beds, we all slept so well. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The verandahs were used constantly, there is nothing like a chilled rose and those amazing views. Overall we loved this beautiful home. Alistair the Owner has done a great job with this property and we would love to come back one day. I have never seen so many stars in the sky, incredible. Thanks Alistair.
excellent property the kids had a blast between the pool, chickens and going on bush walks. Definitely will be back. The owner was very responsive and helpful

Absolutely divine!
Parma House is a stunning property and perfect for that luxury getaway!
This house is beautifully styled, has everything you need including updated kitchen and bathrooms. The views are spectacular all around, it is just perfect for that family holiday retreat. The owner, Alistair is very prompt and answers all questions you may have.
There are cows on the property and if you have kids they will love it.
It was also a joy waking up every morning and taking in the views while walking to the chicken pen to see if there were any eggs. We got lucky!
There are no horses but we became adventurous and ventured down the driveway to the next property (friendly people) and got to feed and pat the white friendly pony that we could see from Parma Farm house.
You may get the chance to meet the cleaning couple Vicky and Rob who are very very nice people and know a lot of the history around the area there.
All in all this place is highly recommended and we took away some great memories with us.
Thank you, Alistair
