Relax and unwind in this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 2 storey home, situated in one of SA's favorite tourist destinations within the copper cost of the York Peninsula.
Built in 2014 this home features 2 king size bedrooms plus 2 bunks in the 3rd room allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. Large kitchen/dining area and lounge.See the sunrise over the world renowned Greg Norman designed gold course "The Dunes" and watch the magnificent sunsets out of spencer gulf.

Note: price includes 2 people,see extras for others. standby for 48hrs for booking to revert to enquiry

The home is situated close to the beach with various adventure activities provided by the Copper Coast ,such as swimming,fishing,festivals and many historic venues to visit, or if a round of 18 holes is more your style then "The Dunes" is right at your door step.

The area features a moderate climate all year round , and all this within a 2 hour drive from Adelaide

A great location with plenty of room. There is no WI-FI which our family needed and the tv only works on local channels and is glitchy. You cannot connect a Play station to the main TV or one in the kitchen and cannot mirror from ipads so we found this really limiting with teenagers. The HDMI points in the tv are damaged.The mattresses in the king bedrooms were really comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were useful.Plates, oven dishes, cupboards and walls all need a really good clean. One of the sheets on the single beds was dirty.

Everything was filthy , floors , bathrooms, bedding. Event the ceilings had extreme dust build up and cobwebs. Light fittings were broken and laying in cupboard. No internet and tv reception was terrible with it glitching constantly. No shampoo , conditioner or body wash as supplied in other properties we have stayed.

Cleanliness let this property down

This property has so much potential for a great holiday stay except for its cleanliness. When we opened the kitchen cupboards they were dirty, fingerprints and soiling apparent. in the lounge the 2 of the couch cushion zips were broken therefore exposing stuffing the minute you sat on them. We therefore chose not to use that side of the couch, would not be acceptable for a family or hygienic. On the plus side the layout is great and owner was easily contactable and did refund us one night's stay but I would not choose to stay here again.

House needs a good clean and TLC. Lounge is falling apart and floors stained. Kitchen needs a good clean. No outside area to sit. In a beautiful area
