Thank you for considering staying at our updated 2 bedroom 1 bath beachfront condo located in Sunrise Village unit 105 only steps from the sugary white sands of West Beach. To insure the most comfort we allow only 4 guests You can see the beach and the ocean from the front door, the kitchen window and the rear bedroom window. We offer a freshly updated Condo with a fully stocked updated kitchen with an electric range, an updated bathroom, a multi speed ceiling fan with 3 position lighting in every room, queen size comfortable beds in each bedroom, smart flat panel TV’s, washer and drier in the unit, brand new leather sofa which is NOT a sleeper sofa. and love seat. New heating and cooling system including an air purification system for added comfort. Steps to the sand, water, ice cream, convenience store you name it!! Close to Hangouts and the downtown entertainment area. Clean, Safe, Comfy and Cozy. Come stay with us, you wont want to leave but you will be welcome back anytime. Heated Pool.

Please spray all sun block or sun tan products outside of the unit. Please leave the sand outside. Shake your items outside first before laundering.
Please place all dirty dishes and utensils in the dishwasher. Place a pod in the dishwasher, set to NORMAL, turn it on and we will do the rest.
When you leave please empty all garbage cans. The trash dumpster is near the north stairs. Please place all used bath towels in the shower.

Clean and quite

We stayed at this property the first week of June 2025. It was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in with us periodically. The host advised us ahead of time there would be some construction on the beach end of the building but it did not restrict access or interfere with our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderul Week in Gulf Shores

The property and the peoperty owners were outsranding. A week or so before the atay we recieved very helpful information about the area and that open line of xommunication made the rwr of the stay great. When questions or issues arose the owners were very quick to respond and help. I would reccomend staying here time and again.

WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY!!! The location is absolutely perfect, being beachfront, having private access, close to the fun but far enough away to be quiet. The condo was super clean, cute and updated, and we loved the amenities of the dishwasher and washing machine. Owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. We will definitely try to stay here again!!!
