The location of Yawkey Way is just south of the town of Bethel in the village of Bryant Pond. Hiking and snowmobile trails surround the property and public water access on Lake Christopher is a mile away. Two ski resorts, Mt Abram and Sunday River, are within 15 and 25 minutes respectively.

Wolf Moon has a floorplan that encourages everyone to migrate to the main level. Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
