INSIDE
Brucker Beach: This beautiful home is uniquely laid out with bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. Find a private room with a Queen sized bed as well as another bedroom with two twin beds just outside the main full bath with a tiled shower. A pass-through bedroom with a twin and trundle is separated by a sliding barn door to the master bedroom with a King bed and sitting area. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the main hallway outside the full bathroom.

Up the stairs, you will find a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and a sitting room. Surrounded by tall windows, you will love the view of Lake Michigan and the privacy provided by the surrounding woods. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances, an island with 3 bar stools, and open to the dining area. The living room has a large overstuffed couch for maximum relaxation. Enjoy the view from the sitting room, fully surrounded by windows and a sliding glass door with access to the second story deck.

OUTSIDE
Just a quick walk down the quiet street you will meet a dead-end into Lake Michigan and the beach access point is known as Brucker Beach. Spend the day on the water, walking up and down the shoreline and soaking in the sunshine.

Finish your evening on the deck, watching the sunset and enjoying the gas grill to prepare your dinner.

PARKING
The garage allows for parking of two cars, plus additional spots in the driveway.

SLEEPING
This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A standard drip coffee pot is provided. The kitchen island has 3 bar stools, the kitchen table will seat 6 and there is another table in the sitting room that will seat 4.

THE LOCATION
Located in the township of Grand Haven, enjoy the quietness of not being right downtown, but still only a 5-minute drive to the downtown area. Enjoy your very own beach or drive to the Grand Haven State Park and spend a day on the big beach, close to the lighthouse, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown Grand Haven has plenty to do with mini-golf, marinas, splash pads, parks, and of course ice cream!

- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

The vibe and decor of the property was an added bonus. Downtown was a short drive away and local restaurants were close.
