Available through out the year. This large one bedroomed apartment is only 5 minutes to the Fremantle City Centre and is suitable for up to 2 guests. Fitted with all the essentials including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, barbecue, CD and Smart TV. This apartment has been fully renovated for short term rentals. Shops, Cafe's, boutiques shops, restaurants, bars, wine bars and more all within walking distance.

In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, freshly laundered sheets, bedding and towels are provided for your arrival.

Great little apartment

Just as described, well equipped, clean and tidy. Easy walk to the marina to watch the sunset, to the shops to grab some groceries and a slightly longer walk but easy walk to cafes, pubs and restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised. It was very handy to the beach, coffee shops, supermarkets etc. It’s on a busy road however we never heard the street noise.

Nice compact place with comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen (oven replaced due to stove top not functional)and washing machine. Unreliable electrical system. Hot water not working for 5 days and the split aircon, in mezzanine area where bed is, also ceased functioning right before a heat wave. Compensated for hot water not for aircon.

Had a wonderful stay, comfortable and very roomy. Would stay again. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed, back gate to vehicle area needs repair and some of the internal lights did not work. I would recommend an alternative form of heating downstairs, lovely and cosy upstairs but the downstairs small heater struggled to provide warmth. All in all an enjoyable property
