Elephants at Sunset, A unique holiday experience


Lovely 2 storey chalet, mud brick beach
retreat with our 4 elephants: that greet guests on arrival. 3-4 bedrooms sunken lounge with bluestone wall, wood fire or split system- inc air con; outdoors entertaining area with bbq- A unique and eclectic balinese themed getaway retreat .

Maximum of 6 persons over 25 years of age

Due to the volume of bookings in High Season we do not provide linen so guests must bring their own linen and towels

Dogs are permitted -but outside only -we provide a kennel under a covered pergola in a fully fenced backyard. Dogs must stay and sleep outside only

The property is located in peaceful surrounds close to back beach road to access smiths beach: Deer farm, Koala Park. pyramid rock: wineries : great access to the GP track: Seals (Nobbies) Swan lake and the famous penguin parade. A great place to sta -whilst enjoying the many features of Philip Island.

Nb Premium event weekends - ( Grand Prix Superbikes V8 Supercars ) and school holidays are subject to seasonal rates -

Sunset strip- close to smiths beach minus the congestion: nestled in quiet pocket between back beach road and Philip Island Highway with lovely balcony views. Quiet and serene, excellent for the kids as easy access to the Koala park and Amazing Things-3 mins plus our friendly and quiet animals -our elephant's "Queenie" and her baby 'Rhani'.Shirts the Bull, , Geronimo and Jessica Giraffe, Buck the Deer and Picasso the penguin

Elephant Walk

It was great to stay with the elephants. Quite a unique place to stay. Felt very welcomed by the owner. The elephants don’t eat much.
