Great stay. The location was very convenient, less than 10mins to town. House was beautiful and clean with everything we needed over the weekend. The host was accommodating and quick to respond which we really appreciated. I would be happy to stay here again on our next adventure.

The house was spacious, clean, and a lot of fun for our group of 4 couples. The hot tub was spotless, and the backyard was so peaceful. The house is centrally located and close to everything. The communication with the Evolve team and the owner was flawless. They communicated every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here! Everything went smoothly and the owner was available if we had any issues which was nice. The kitchen was stocked with lots of condiments, spices, pots and pans. The house was very clean upon arrival. The hot tub was great to have after snowboarding all day. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and will defiantly be back!

Great, well maintained house

We were two families with 3 kids total and really liked the open layout of the house. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom suite downstairs. Well-equipped kitchen, big dining table, and great couch / living room. Appreciated the heated bathroom floors in the winter. Gas fireplaces were easy to use and warmed up the house quickly. You do have to drive up a bit of a hill to get to the house from road.

This will not be our last stay here! We travel frequently to truckee and always stay in homes but this one truly exceeded every other house! It has a huge kitchen and was stocked with truly everything you could ever need. We now want the couch, it’s huge and so comfortable. The bedrooms were amazing as well with great beds. Having two masters with 3 different couples was amazing. The owner of the house was so nice and overly accommodating. We were there during a storm and never had a problem with getting out each day because the plow always came to clean the drive way. Very close to downtown but also not on the main road up Donner so it’s not busy at all. Truly the best house we’ve stayed in so far and we can not wait to go back! It felt like home!!

Beautiful property, home and neighborhood

We had a great time staying in this beautiful well equipped home. The things that would make it a 5-star would be: a clean gas grill, it needs to be cleaned and area around it, (grease was all over it and around it). Cover was just thrown off to the side covered with grease. Screens on the sliders to keep pests out, a lock on the main bathroom door, replace broken outdoor furniture. Hand towels for the bathrooms, more kitchen towels. Kitchen was very well equipped which isn’t typical. Also check out time was super early, typicality when we stay anywhere the check out time is 11am or 12pm. Other than those recommendations we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again.

Just ok

Hot tub needed to be drained, it made a couple of us break out with one use. BBQ was disgusting . House was dirty and no towels. Driveway was not easy to navigate and would be impossible in winter. Fireplace in living room went on automatically without and heated the place up to 85 degrees. Even after turning off remote. Beds were nice and master shower was as well. Great views as well. Would stay there again

The best summer break!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Our first time using VRBO and our experience was fantastic. Be prepared for warm nights in the summer as there is no AC. We hope to return for snow skiing !!

Great family rental!

The house is great but could be a little better with just a few small touches. There is a Nespresso maker but no coffee pods for guests to use, and there were not a lot of towels to accommodate the hot tub and bathing needs. Despite the few things listed above, the location of the house is wonderful and the furnishings are amazing!
