Three bedroom, three bath located on the 5th floor in Phase 2 of Las Mañanitas. Extra large living area with built-in bar area next to dining. Huge outdoor living space. Unobstructed view of the beach. There are 3 separate pool areas, with grilling areas located on the property. Furniture has been recently updated and all new bedding. Kitchen is recently updated with new sinks, countertops and cooktop.

My brother and own this unit with our spouses. I am from Colorado and my brother from Minnesota.

Why they chose this property

The views from our unit are 180 degree of the beach and the Sea of Cortez. We have owned in this building since it was originally built. We love Las Mañanitas and have raised our children vacationing here respectively. We love San Jose Del Cabo and all that it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Each building has a pool with swim up bar, mini fridge and ice maker whet you are the bartender for your guests. There is also a separate grilling area as well as tables to eat in the shade. There is plenty of seating around the pool and even a couple hammocks for napping!
