Nice house crazy neighbor

The house was nice beautiful area . A few little items that were irritating. The owners too care immediately but the neighbor was super sensitive my adult children were outside playing clue snd playing their radio. Very quiet. I was in the house with the windows open and couldn’t hear the music. They called the neighborhood security and my family had to shut off the radio!! Beautiful area but … I would go back to the area

Overall everything was good except , they didn’t put even shampoo in none of bathroom !!!!

The worst part was no internet !!!! Also property is in bad location your phone dose not have reception either in some part of house !!!!

This place is great . It’s got good size bedrooms , good seating in kitchen no living room to all Be together. Nice accommodations! The lighting in living room n bedrooms could have better lighting as it was a bit dim. Difficult to see if playing games in

Beautiful home but lacks on amenities

The home isn’t very beautiful and spacious, well decorated. Great kitchen although the oven doesn’t have the numbers so you can’t tell in which degree you are cooking. Also you have to take the trash to city dumpers which was extremely inconvenient for us with two babies. No WiFi, no cable. Old tv, has a vcr! Haven’t seen one since the 90’s! No board games, all were incomplete. For the money spent I wouldn’t come back to this property.

During your stay you got multiple issues we would like to apologize that amenities are not guaranteed at the time of arrival. We do our best to get this up and going for the stay, but with so much traffic in and out of the homes, this is something that is hard to promise always working. We appreciate if you notifying us right away! We are glad to see that this got resolved during the stay and report these issues to fix up this for the future guests. As we have the management company for the home this is something that we can and will address once notified to us that we prioritize, we have a full maintenance staff who will go to the property and fix the issue. We woukd like to inform that big bear does not provide trash removal for vacation rentals. Therefore, you must remove all of your trash and renters are required to take their trash to the dump site. Great stay lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay! The yard was great and so was the house. I think it’s even nicer in person than it shows online. My kids really enjoyed playing out In the yard! Great location I wish we could have stayed longer.... big bear is so beautiful in the fall!

Great yard but interior could use some updating

The yard was great for my family of four with 6 year old twin boys who truly enjoyed running around the property. However, the Interior of the house is not very well maintained. The carpet is very stained, there is a lot of accumulated dust on the curtains/valances and decorations and fireplace, no instructions on how to operate the electronic blinds in living room so they stayed closed the whole time (probably broken as they didn’t respond to any switches), the TV in living room appears to be permanently in pop up mode, the curtain for sliding door is missing clips so it hangs on one side, the dishwasher had accumulated water on bottom so I just hand washed dishes the whole time. If you want to disconnect this is perfect since it has limited TV Channels and no WiFi. The house is advertised with no WiFi, no gas grill, or laundry, so you know to expect that. The kitchen is remodeled but the rest of the house needs updating. The highlight is the beautiful backyard, but once sun sets it gets pretty dark. There is only one small light under the patio.

Great Location

This was a perfect location for our getaway, close to the slopes and market, close enough to the pine knot shops (approx 5 min drive)! My only critique would be the lack of basic supplies...no coffee, coffee filters, no cleaning supplies, the basics. Very clean and laid out well. Biggest issue was no WiFi or cell service (AT&T). The land line was supposed to work and did not, cable did not work at first but the management company came out and got it working within an hour of our call. I loved the fenced in back yard for our 2.5 year old, he loved being able to go out and play.
