We participate in Big Bear’s “Good Neighbor Program.” This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement & will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear. Big Bear is very strict with outside noise after 10 P.M.. You do face noise complaint fines from the city if you are outside on a deck (talking, BBQ, playing music, etc.) after 10 P.M.. This is a Big Bear city ordinance. If Destination Big Bear has to visit the home during your stay because the city ordinance department has demanded we do, your booking will be charged a $250.00 minimally and possible eviction.

Dream Catcher is the perfect Big Bear Cabin for guests who desire modern touches, but who also love a mountain cabin aesthetic. This home includes plenty of windows letting in natural light and providing guests with a front row seat to nature. Sit back with a hot mug of coffee and enjoy the winter snowfall or try to spy a Blue Jay perching in a nearby tree.
A beautiful property throughout, the first thing that you'll notice is the lush green grass and thoughtful landscaping. The property is surrounded by mature trees, which provide both privacy and the feeling of being in nature.
When you enter Dream Catcher, you'll find yourself in a spacious, open-plan living area with high ceilings. Immediately, you'll notice the gas fireplace, which features a four-sided glass panel, allowing guests to enjoy the illumination from all sides.
The kitchen is outfitted with Viking Professional stainless steel appliances (double ovens) and includes a spacious work-top, ready for any culinary endeavour.
The dining room nook is located off the kitchen and includes an eight-seat wood dining table sitting beneath an antler chandelier. Large windows line the dining room, providing plenty of light and beautiful views. If you require extra seating, the kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four stools.
Head upstairs and you'll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom is well-appointed, with a king bed, flatscreen television, and sitting area with a couch. This room is airy and clean, with rustic decor: such as a carved-wood bed frame and bear art. The master includes an ensuite full-bath, with a separate jacuzzi tub.
If you have children, the second bedroom will suit your family. Kids will feel like they're having a slumber party as they sleep on a bunk with two full beds and a twin pull-out. This room is not limited to families with kids, adults can fit in these beds too!
The third bedroom includes two twin beds and is decorated in shabby-chic, with plenty of storage space. The two smaller bedrooms include a shared full-bath located in the hall. The shared bath is cute with an autumn leaf theme.
