Fantastic for boat and beach goers!

We had a great time. Took our boat loved the fishing. Pool and paddle boards were a blast! Cute downtown all in walking or biking distance. Highly recommend!

Put this one on repeat!

This is our second stay at this property, and we enjoyed it even more than the first. Location is ideal and the host sees to it you have everything you need. Lovely indoors, and fabulous outdoor living space; the view is mesmerizing. 5 Stars!

Beach getaway

This is a great property-- SO well equipped for the beach and river and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and stores. I only live twenty miles away, but it felt like I was in another area completely. Waking up and sitting overlooking the canal was so peaceful and the kids had a great time in the pool and paddle boarding through the canals. 10/10 recommend!

We would stay again!

The home is lovely. We had a fantastic stay. We had a hard time finding wood in Cocoa Beach, but we did on our last night and had a morning fire with coffee and it was quite lovely. We had kids from 12-15 and they loved the pool. Home comes equip with beach supplies, but the weather was to windy to enjoy the beach. I made a few suggestions to the home owner and she was responsive and agreed. Wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Awesome Gem on the Banana River with a great pool!

What a gem this home is. Perfectly located on a Banana River canal.. great heated pool.. the owner has provided everything except a bathing suit and food.. The beach is 7 blocks from the beach access...on Minuteman Causeway. The local restaurants are awesome as well.. Very close to Cape Canaveral.. one night we walked to the beach and watched a space satellite lift off! Dolphins play in the canal in front of the house... Very quiet neighborhood.. Be prepared for super sunsets! A+++ for this rental and owner.

Stunning Property; Great Location

This property was booked for many reasons; location, availability to allow pets, access to the canal and king size beds. The property is absolutely stunning and is everything that the description states! We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for any home cook. The appliances are all up to date and function beautifully. The living area is comfortable and clean. We most definitely enjoyed our stay with the exception of two small problem areas: 1. There is no handrail at the steps of the pool. For those of us who are in our advanced years it makes it cumbersome to enter the pool without feeling unstable. 2. The backyard has an overabundance of beggar's lice and sand spurs, so if you have dogs or children be ready to inspect them before allowing them inside. Other than these two points we would return.

beautiful location

This property is just as listed and in a lovely spot on the Banana River as well as near to restaurants and shops. The house and surroundings truly are lovely. We had my toddler with us and the walk to/from the beach was a little much for her at times, even with our wagon. She loved the beach and the pool. Just a note, my husband and I found out the hard way that we are allergic to biting midges and the backyard was covered in them. No one else in our group had much of an issue, but we were covered in over 100 itchy bites—so I highly recommend bug spray. The paddle boards were a lot of fun, even for me, a first timer. I got to see a dolphin when we paddled a little further down the river. We did come very close to running out of toilet paper as well, but the owner was very quick to respond so I imagine if we had they would have been helpful. There was also no warning about mowers who came while we were there, including the backyard where we had to quickly move and get our dog inside. We were bummed they moved the rocket launch to after we left, but the beach here would have been perfect for watching the launch without getting out in the traffic. We very much enjoyed our stay and my daughter did not want to leave when it was time. We recommend: The Junk Food Bakery, The Tiny Turtle, The Fat Donkey, and Simply Delicious Cafe & Bakery.

Perfect vacation home

We enjoyed this house so much! There was plenty of room in the house for all 7 of us (2 adults & 5 kids) to hang out. The kids especially loved the paddle boarding. If they weren’t doing that, they were in the saltwater pool. Even though our kids aren’t little, there’s alarms on the doors to the pool so you know when someone opens the doors. The patio was adorable, and we wished it hadn’t rained at night or we would’ve used the firepit. There was plenty of beach stuff (chairs, wagon, beach toys.) But we loved teaching kids how to use the knee boards, so we’re going to go buy our own back home! The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, utensils, etc) and I loved having a gas stove to cook on. The bedrooms were plenty large, especially the master. Our 11yo even tried to get us to let her sleep in the closet rather than share a room! There was plenty of towels for each of us and the washing machine & dryer came in handy when it was time to head home. We made good use of all the space, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach. The owners did a great job with cleaning, decor and were available for all our questions right away. My only suggestion is you may want to bring a box fan. We do anyways because our kids can’t sleep w/o one, but it does get a little warm in the house especially if you have the oven on. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a great last family vacation with our oldest before he heads off to boot camp! It was lovely!

We loved the pool and the abundance of everything- towels, dishes, coffee, pool toys, even sun block. The house was exactly as described, the beds were so comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was great, and it was beautifully decorated.

The house was great with an outstanding kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed using the outdoor space and pool very much. It had a great location near the beach, where we were able to catch a morning launch on our last morning. Our only regret was the trip was too short. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The house was amazing. Very clean and welcoming. The host was very responsive and considerate. The river view brought dolphins by every morning and the water glows at night. Everything you need is within walking distance. My 3 teens said it was the best house we’ve ever rented. 10/10!!!

Great proximity to beach

This property is a close, easy walk to the beach. Host has many little touches which makes the property very homey. There were floaties, sand toys, beach chairs, etc in the shed. This was awesome! We had plenty of space in the home as well. It was much appreciated that soaps and such were provided. Thank you for adding all of those little touches! We enjoyed our stay very much.

We LOVED staying here! This was an amazing home and perfect location! We loved Cocoa Beach! It was not super touristy and crowded! The house was a great experience in itself! Just from our dock, we saw manatee under our dock, a dolphin swim right under us, and to top it off bioluminescent water at night! There are paddle boards that we used to explore the river and the bioluminescence made it even better at night!! The house was clean and very comfortable. Stephanie was an amazing communicator and provided anything we needed for the trip! The pool was a bonus and the shed had everything we needed for the beach: wagon, tent, toys, chairs, etc…Don’t hesitate! Book it!!!

Fantastic house

We just finished a three night. Stay at this Fantastic house. The location is wonderful, the pool and patio are delightful, the house is comfortable and clean and has everything you need to stay in and spend time with family and friends. Cannot say enough good things about this place And the owners who were very communicative.

Wonderful home, great location

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house was comfortable and very clean, and the pool was perfect for cooling off and enjoying the views. Paddle boards were a huge hit and led to a dolphin sighting. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Stephanie was an awesome host with excellent communication--she was so helpful. The area is lovely--quiet and felt very safe. We hated to leave and would love to go back!

Fantastic Property

Absolutely loved our stay here.After a busy week exploring the Disney parks, we headed to Boaters Dream for a few days relaxation. From the start Stephanie was very helpful and prompt in replying to any questions we had.The property was clean and everything in good working order. As others have said, the photo's do not do it justice. There were plenty of "toys" for us to use such as paddleboards, plenty of pool toys, fishing rods, bikes etc. The heated pool was lovely and we spent a lot of time in it.Good location too - we could walk into Cocoa Beach for dinner and it was only a 35 min drive to Kennedy Space Centre.Even saw some dolphins swimming along from the deck.I would love to stay here again if in the area, and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great view of the river, close to beach and town

Comfortable stay near downtown shops, restaurants and the beach. Beds are comfortable and home is bright. Kitchen has all the basics and several extras. Open floor plan gives the house a roomy feel. Covered outdoor area for dining, relaxing and watching the sun set over the river. Pool felt chilly and did not seem heated to me. I used the bike to commute around town. Beach chairs and towels provided. Great spot to watch rockets launch right from the back yard. Host was responsive.

Nice House in Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's house. The house is as described and very nice. It is also within walking distance (around 6 blocks) to everything downtown.
