** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups ** We do not permit pets.

This is the ideal in luxury, holiday living! Situated in one of Rye's prestige locations and on an acre of land, this fantastic family home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with a bath) and a stylish outdoor entertaining area to envy! Featuring multiple relaxation zones to escape to, it's the perfect luxury family retreat.

Located in a peaceful, private, secure location, yet only a short 5-10 minute drive to the front beach, Rye shops, Peninsula Hot Springs and local wineries. There are external security cameras at the front yard of the property.

Sorry, we do not permit pets.

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.

Something for everyone

Great place to stay with family or friends. The house is amazing, so many things to do, pool, tennis, billiards, table tennis and the biggest tv ever! Also excellent location and very private.

Wonderful getaway for a large group!

A wonderful location with every amenity for all age groups. The space in the house was fantastic with a nook for anyone who wanted a quiet room. Close to Rye for beach, coffee, walks. Pool and tennis court were well utilised. Fab break for all!

Perfect family reunion

We booked the house for a family reunion and to celebrate my 60th birthday. The house was perfect with loads to keep everyone entertained. We were all sad to leave. Will definitely be back.

Luxury family stay with everything

Fabulous stay at the Retreat @ Rye

We had a fabulous stay at this oasis in Rye. Private, secluded and perfect for three families to stay and enjoy some quality time together. The tennis court and basketball ring were especially popular on the cooler days and the kids all enjoyed the large pool. Very spacious and well equipped home, we will definitely be back! Hosts were responsive and available when needed (although this was limited as everything was very well set up). Thanks for a great and memorable trip with our families, Amanda

So much to do we didn’t leave the ppty. We had the best time with family friends. Property was clean, tidy and grand. Everything you need is already there which was so good. Property mangers were lovely to deal with and everything was easy! We will see you again!

Family Getaway

We were blown away when we walked in, by the "spacieness", and "niceness" of the property, both house and yard. The house was so nice, and so well equipped. The pool was a great size. With all there was to do, entertainment wise, we didn't need to leave the property to entertain the kids. It was so relaxing. A great time was had by all of us. Amazing holiday

We had the most wonderful stay, the house was fully kitted out, the kitchen with more than you would ever need. The photos didn’t do the house justice, it was like arriving to a mansion and the furniture had been upgraded too. There was so much room for our group of 12. We had one small issue and phoned the emergency line and it was resolved within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this property.

A perfect family get together

This house ticked all the boxes for us. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the bbq numerous times and attempted pizzas on the pizza oven. The pool area was well used by all as was the tennis court. We had numerous pool and table tennis tournaments. All in all a great time had by all. We will be back.

Holiday resort for families

This home was perfect for our large multigenerational family group, allowing us to fill our days with fabulous activities without leaving the property. Large pool, tennis court, basketball hoops and putting green were on heavy rotation with billiards, table tennis, and board games slotted in for good measure. Large airy interiors with big kitchen, lounge and dining spaces, with more lounging and dining undercover outside near the great BBQ and pizza oven. It’s grand without being pretentious, with furniture that you can relax in. We would certainly recommend staying here and will be doing so again. So many special memories made this weekend, it’s just that sort of place.

What a beautiful stay we had for my 70th birthday It was very low key and a beautiful surprise when my son flew in from Seattle for the three night stay and back on the plane on the Monday. The house had everything we wanted. Tennis court billiards table tennis. Everyone would play billiards at night and tennis during the day. The teenagers played table tennis billiards. The little ones amused themselves with the games that were provided. It is an amazing house We found the heating on when I got there which was very considerate. Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was amazing and best birthday ever. One that will not be forgotten ever.

Amazing!

Our visit was a 3 day extended family weekend. Our first thought were "Impressive" and "Welcoming". As we explored the house further, we were further impressed with the amount of space in which we had to enjoy our stay. Bedrooms were well appointed, kitchen was roomy & well provisioned, lounge room- very comfortable viewing area for large screen TV. Add to these a full size billiard table and adjoining bar area and a separate room at the front of the house with a table tennis table meant lots of possible activities even if the weather turned out to be not so pleasant. At the rear of the house is a large glass fenced pool, tennis/basketball court, putting green & a wood fired pizza oven (great if you enjoy testing your fire-lighting skills). This house provided so much for everyone in our family with ages ranging from 8-70 years of age.
