Fleur Baix Flinders Beach House

Charming and well appointed Fisherman's cottage, thoughtfully renovated to retain some of its original features, Fleur Baix will delight those seeking a relaxing holiday. Leave the car and walk to either Westernport Bay or Bass Strait, both just a couple of minutes walk from the front door, breathe in the fresh sea breezes or take a dip. Call in at one of the villages' quaint cafes for a latte and a bite to eat or browse in one of the speciality shops or Antique shops. Don't forget the chocolate shop!!

Dinner at one of the nearby wineries with award winning restaurants is sure to please the most discerning diners. Transport to and from the wineries can be arranged by appointment.
Only a 5 minute drive to Montalto, Ten Minutes by Tractor, Red Hill Estate, Port Phillip Estate, just to mention a few .... Or why not have a feast back at the cottage and indulge in some of our fabulous Fresh Peninsula produce and local wine available at our well stocked general store.

Peninsula Hot Springs is also only a 15 minute drive from Flinders or we can arrange a spa treatment, right here in Flinders Village. The Flinders Golf Course is only a five minute walk, so throw in the clubs, while the women do a little retail therapy at one of our boutiques located along the main street.

Flinders is a destination you will fall in love with, along with "Fleur Baix".

Lovely relaxing stay in a well-maintained house. Close to local park for kids, a short walk to the beach and local shops including Flinders Sourdough bakery - highly recommend their bread making course!

A perfect Flinders location

We loved our stay at Fleur Baix, which is a beautiful secluded house, right in the centre of Flinders. The property is spacious, yet cosy, and very well equipped. The only thing missing is wifi, but that was not a big issue.

Our third stay over a few years. Small improvements to house over this time has made it even better. Close to shops, park, walks, walk Flinders beach and jetty; and our favourite, (by car)Point Leo. Lots to do. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with tranquil garden

My husband, adult daughter and I spent 2 lovely nights at Susie and Damon’s house in Flinders. The house is beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of quiet spots for reading and relaxing, while only a short walk from the shops and restaurants. The garden is also lovely and the high brush fence on the street side makes the front yard and verandah very private and shady: the perfect place for a quiet drink, read or contemplation. A perfect retreat from the busy life!

Property was dark , damp and dismal with a very poor bathroom to cap it all no Wi-Fi Left after one night for more comfortable rooms . Have rented many cottages across Australia but never had to do this

Fantastic location, great size and yard. Easy walking distance to the local cafes, restaurants and shops. Although the listing does state there is no wifi, I had admittedly overlooked this and in hindsight this did make the visit difficult for family members requiring wifi.
