About this property

A great vacation spot awaits you and your family at this 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located in the heart of Fairway Village in Quechee.

It is located in the middle of Highland and Lakeland Golf Courses and is a short ride to all the amenities of the Quechee Club (not included with rental, but available to you per diem through the club). The club has tennis courts, Lake Pinneo for water sports, indoor and outdoor pools, the ski mountain, and the state of the art fitness facility is open year round.

Your vacation home has hardwood floors throughout the main living space and consists of well-decorated living areas, both indoor and outdoor, a fully equipped kitchen (including wine fridge!), and two full bathrooms.

The master bedroom is located upstairs, with two large closets, and has a private access door to the adjoining bathroom. The bunk room is also located upstairs and has a two-kid bunk bed and full-size futon in the room with ample closet space.

Downstairs is the third bedroom with another closet and a queen-size bed. Off that, is the second bathroom and the living room and dining room area. Overlooking this area is the kitchen that has updated appliances and plenty of space for cooking for your family.

We are committed to making your stay safe and fun. Please reach out with any questions or requests. We will try to accommodate.

With that being said, we are unable to accommodate any pets as our condo association strictly limits pets to owner-occupied units and unfortunately, your security deposit will be forfeited if a pet is brought on site.

It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with two parking spaces only. Any additional vehicles will be towed at vehicle owners' expense.

The fireplace can NOT be used by renters. This is a restriction placed on owners who offer their homes to renters.

A outside fire pit is in the back yard for your use. Please ensure the fire is out prior to leaving the property.

Failure to comply with the fire restrictions will result in forfeiture of your security deposit as owners get fined for renter's misuse.

Would stay here again

We were pleased. Clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. Easy to control temperature. Good location for our interests in Woodstock and Pomfret. Owners were communicative prior to our visit and responsive to our one question during our stay. Would stay here again.

From the beach to Quechee

We utilized this home for two employees from Puerto Rico staying two weeks for orientation. They loved not only the property, but also the location and general vibe of the area. They didn't have any issues, but owners are very responsive and helpful so even if they had it would have still been a great experience! We will definitely keep this home as a little company secret and will book again :) 10/10 recommend.

Cozy Condo for Quechee Visit

Had everything we needed to make meals and keep kids happy, and is centrally located in Quechee, making it easy to enjoy Quechee’s many amenities! And the hosts were communicative, helpful, and gracious. Happy with our stay!

Dartmouth Graduation Weekend

There is something for everyone at The Quechee Club. In the summer months members and renters can enjoy a number of outdoor activities. The Club offers two 18 hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. There are tennis courts spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state of the art aquatic center- featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kids zone. Likewise, you can venture over to the beach at Lake Pinneo and rent a kayak or canoe. Then head over to The Club to enjoy a cocktail by the pool, a meal on Dewey’s Deck or fine dining at Davidson’s.

In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. You can enjoy our wonderful base lodge and apres ski gatherings with activities for the whole family. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more!

Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. The Club offers a modern fitness center with daily fitness classes and top notch equipment. Hiking trails are spread throughout the community woods. Quechee is home to a number of special events and wonderful dining experiences. Don’t miss out.
