1 Bedroom carpeted, Livingroom also has a couch that converts to a twin/single bed. 1 Bathroom with tub and standup shower. Condo style open concept living room & kitchen. Cozy bathroom, with laundry room that comes with both dryer & washer. Bedroom has large LED tv, livingroom has 100" projection screen unit, with pool table. Seperate beverage fridge for alchol. Free WiFi available and large backyard with grill, and seating. Stand up burn pit is also available in the winter. Air condition & heat is all central air controlled. Good closet space and great living room space.
