Beach House at Sellicks is a beautiful beachfront home situated on the cliffs of gorgeous Sellicks Beach. Spectacular sea and hills views complement the spacious open plan living suitable for luxury entertaining with all the comforts of a family home.
The house easily accommodates 2 families or groups of friends. There is plenty of spacefor everyone to relax and unwind.
Bedroom one - King bed with adjoining ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom two - Queen bed with adjoining guest bathroom (upstairs)
Bedroom three - King bed with adjoining shared bathroom (downstairs)
Bedroom four - 1 single bunk, 1 queen bed, and an additional single trundle bed(downstairs). The downstairs lounge room can be converted into a fifth bedroom and has a queen sofa bed. The entire house is available to guests.
The neighbourhood is a small friendly beachside community. The local general store stocks essential food items and is open 7 days a week and only a short walk away. There is a playground and skate ramp around the corner. Beach access via stairs 200 metres from Beach House at Sellicks. You can drive 900 metres on to the beach via the ramp. There is a public bus stop within 100 metres.The Victory Hotel is close by and boasts fabulous food and wine. The local large shopping centre is 10 minutes drive at Aldinga Beach. The famous Willunga Farmers market is less than 15 minutes drive and adjoins the McLaren Vale wine district.Beach House at Sellicks provides the perfect base to explore the McLaren Vale wine region boasting some 80+ wineries and beautiful beaches.

fantasric place to stay and location superb

thank you so much Glennis we loved the house it had everything we could possibly need. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautifully appointed property that is maintained to a very high level. we had the whole family stay for our sons wedding, location was perfect only short drive to Star of Greece where the reception was held.

Birthday celebrations at Sellicks Beach House

We had a family 80th birthday, ranging in ages 13 -80. The accomadation was 5 star, communication with Glennis was outstanding. Our 4 day stay was wonderful, can not recommend it highly enough.

Unbelievable House

This house had absolutely everything you could wish for. To sit in the kitchen and watch the sea or the hills out the back windows, an awesome place, we will be back

Great Beach, Great Wineries

Sea La Vie is the nicest, cleanest, most-equipped house that we've ever rented. Great beach below and close proximity to world-class wineries, like K-1, Hardy's Tintara and many others in the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. Thanks Glennis. Hope to be back soon!

Luxury home, fantastic views

A truly beautiful home, well maintained and well presented with everything we needed. Pool table and table tennis were instant hits with our group. Many different spaces to relax in, deck overlooking the gulf was marvellous. Spacious and light. Owner most polite, responsive and very easy to deal with.

Excellent Property

Great property, well designed and nothing was missed. Quality fixtures and fittings throughout. We conducted a offsite work meeting at the property and would recommend it to any one thinking of doing the same. The setting was superb over looking the ocean and everything was available for a productive few days. I am thinking about staying for a personal holiday as the property was that impressive.

Just wow.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sea La Vie with a group of 7 friends in November for the weekend of my weekend festivities and it was the most luxurious, well-equipped and just perfect accommodation that definitely exceeded expectations. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need, entertaining appears to be encouraged, and a fabulous layout for kids to busy themselves without bothering the adults. Will definitely be recommending the property to friends.

Relaxing environment

We have just returned from this great venue having enjoyed a 70th Birthday celebration. Our family, four young adults and seven mature aged adults found the home welcoming and accommodating. With three generations under one roof each found ample room to enjoy their individual interests and joint activities. The range of board games, table tennis, darts, and snooker, quoits, to name a few gave no time for boredom. The home is beautifully presented, clean and very comfortable.
