PET RULES
All pets must be pre-approved (small NON SHEDDING dogs only inside)
Pets are not allowed on Furniture at any time and all pet traces must be removed prior to vacating
Dogs are not allowed to bark during your stay (if going out its required that you take dogs with you so they don't threat when alone in an unknown environment). This is also a REQUIREMENT from the local council and local legislation
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, No puppies accepted.
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed
All pet traces MUST be removed prior to vacating.

If Any pet traces left at property including pet hair or dog matter you will be charged $55 after departure.


Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking
