Very nice location condo was excellent for our families first visit to Indian Rocks Beach

The room was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook any meal. The beds are literally the most comfortable beds you'll ever sleep on. I love the double balcony, the one overlooking the pool was great and you can hear the music. The side balcony is a little more private and perfect for early morning coffee or just to watch the water. The water park is nice but very strict on bringing food and drinks down including water. The kids loved the water slides and lazy river the most. We ran into an issue with our door lock malfunctioning and the maintenance people were very quick and helpful, we only waited about 15 minutes. The unit had a crock pot, blender, and griddle, along with many pots and pans and plenty of cups and utensils. The washer and dryer work perfectly and was very quick and efficient.

Wonderful family trip in an ideal location. Convenient to beach shopping and water park. Condo was very clean and as described. They provided a high chair which was a added plus.

Everything about this beautiful end unit condo was perfect! We loved the incredible 7th floor views of the waterway, and gulf in the distance. We saw dolphins every day! We also enjoyed the waterpark view on the opposite side, and it gave us a chance to see if the pool was sunny or crowded. We loved that we were a super short walk to the beach and to great restaurants and beach shops. Highly recommend 10/10 and we’d love to return to this unit. Our host was wonderful, communicated very well, but we never had an issue with anything!

Amazing!!

Our family had such a great time here. The condo was very clean and in a great location. We loved that everything was within walking distance. Seeing the dolphins in the canal was an added bonus!

Summer with grandkids

A short vacation with my daughter and grandkids We enjoyed the apartment , it was clean , it’s spacious and has a lovely large porch where dolphins pass by . Overall an enjoyable stay :)

Incredible spot
