This spacious ground villa of approximately 85m2, brand new, will welcome you all year to spend quality time in a quiet area in a dream: the hamlet of Ruppione in Pietrosella (located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio).
The rental is close to the beach Ruppione (the feet of the residence), the beach Mare e sole (5km) and the beaches located on the 3 loops around the tip of Isolella.
Many shops are rapidly since Q3, on foot or by car: bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, huts, tourism office, petrol station, hairdressers ...

Bel appartement au calme

L’appartement est assez grand pour une famille de 4 personnes (même par temps de pluie) et très bien situé (au calme, mais à 2-3 minutes en voiture de la boulangerie et d’une très bonne pizzeria qui font des pizzas à emporter; à 5 minutes en voiture d’une supérette et d’une plage). La propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon conseil. Des livres pour enfants et jeux de société sont mis à disposition, ainsi que des jeux pour l’extérieur (dont raquettes et balles de ping-pong). Seul bémol : la propreté du sol qui laisser une peu à désirer. Mais nous recommandons vivement cette hébergement et serions prêts à y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour en Corse.

Tout est dans le titre ! Logement très propre et bien équipé. Hôte très gentille, très bonne communication. À proximité (2 km environ) une supérette, un excellent boucher traiteur épicerie fine et une très bonne boulangerie. Plage du Ruppione accessible à pied, très jolie et très agréable. Petit bémol pour la literie. Pour le reste tout est parfait.

Camille nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Toujours disponible si besoin. On a même eu droit à des œufs frais des poules du jardin! Le logement est propre, fonctionnel. La terrasse très agréable et le jardin magnifique. Situé en haut d’une colline on a fait tous nos déplacements en voiture. Mais un accès piéton permet de descendre à la plage.
