Experience this spacious, two bedroom beach side apartment. The unit is in a small block of 6 with a lock up garage, generous open plan living and balcony facing the beach. The unit has lots of natural light and great ocean breezes flowing through the unit.

PETS ARE ALLOWED UPON REQUEST - ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $250 ADDED FOR PET TO STAY TO COVER PEST TREATMENT AND CARPET CLEAN AFTER VACATING. Dogs are to be under 16kg. Please advise size and breed of your pet when sending through a booking request.

Visit trendy Ocean Street or shop at the Plaza - with over 200 specialty shops, cinemas and restaurants.

Set beside the Maroochy River, the seaside suburb of Cotton Tree is a popular place for a picnic or BBQ and true to its name it is dotted with sprawling native cotton trees. There is a scenic coastal walk stretching from Cotton Tree that will take you to Alexandra Headland – a popular spot with surfers.

- As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.

*Linen required (if you bring your own) - sheets, bath towels, tea towel, bath mat.
*Linen hire includes your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towel and bath mat. The linen is delivered to your unit and you are required to make up your own bed.
