Villa Vigneto has been a well-loved destination for many years for family and friends seeking a relaxed stay in the heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country. This spacious 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom property is ideal for up to 16 guests looking to enjoy the experience of staying on an centrally located, working vineyard that offers room for all, wonderful views and all the best local attractions within moments of the property.

Located on Deasys Road and set on 100 private acres, guests will enjoy the sparkling swimming pool. The property is conveniently located just 2 minute drive to The Vintage Golf Course and Amanda’s on the Edge or 5 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens, Brokenwood, Tamburlaine, First Creek, Bimbadgen Estate, Hope Estate, Roche Estate, Degen Wines, Blueberry Hill, Calais Estate and many more. Villa Vigneto is also ideal for wedding accommodation and is designed with large group accommodation in mind.

Villa Vigneto is roomy and rustic in style and has an open plan interior, a great kitchen to make catering a breeze, sun-filled billiards room with 10 foot table and French doors that open out to the pool terrace on one side and the BBQ area on the other. Relax poolside in the summer months and take in the views across the vineyard to the Brokenback Range beyond with a glass of single vineyard wine. With air conditioning and fans throughout, the property is very comfortable in all seasons and guests especially love in winter, snuggling up in the sitting room and enjoying the wood burning fireplace. The property also has a fully equipped laundry for your convenience.

For those wishing to explore, hire a bike and discover all the wineries and cellar doors on Deasys Road and along the Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail. Villa Vigneto's super location also means that when you’re next enjoying a concert at one of our wonderful Hunter venues, concert collection and drop off by Rover Coaches is available from the property.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.

A Day on the Green HV Getaway

Good size property to fit in a group of 15 people. It has a good layout, showing its age a bit, but with a bit of fresh paint, and it will be lovely. It has a pool which we got to use. Definitely will book again.

Tranquillity amongst the vines

The picturesque view from the verandah made me feel like I was in a vineyard in Italy. Private and quiet location with plenty of room for our 4 families to relax and have fun together. The pool was superb and the bbq area a great feature. I loved the fully stocked kitchen and pool/family room.

A beautiful escape in the Hunter Valley

A beautiful estate filled with a good balance of on site activities including a swim in the pool, q game of billiards or a match of tennis. Not only was the house accommodating and spacious, it is in great location near local breweries, wineries and Cafe to enjoy what the whole area has to offer. If you are looking to enjoy and experience the area with a large and beautiful estate to stay, do not look past this property.

The Perfect Getaway

We came to Gabriel’s Paddocks for my Husbands 50th Birthday celebrations. There was 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Loved the pool table room as well as the pool and having no neighbours was a bonus, it felt very relaxing looking out onto the vines. Close to the centre of Pokolbin and The Vintage Golf Course makes this a great all rounder. We all had a fantastic time at Gabriel’s Paddocks.
