Ginger is an elegant and generous home nestled in a peaceful street in the heart of Sawtell. Ginger offers all the comforts of home and more.

This special home features three discrete suites: White Ginger, Red Ginger and Blue Ginger. Each suite has an unique theme and each has its own facilities: Bed room with queen bed, Sitting area and Ensuite. Each suite has its own TV/s and the general areas are TV free. Ginger is ideally set up for a family gathering with its generous Living room , dining room and breakfast area. Uniquely, Ginger also provides a comprehensive library. Original artwork adorns the walls and ginger pots throughout suggest a continuation of Ginger's theme.
Ginger has a beautiful stainless steel chef's kitchen, including the latest European equipment, gas cooking, steamer, coffee machine, for the gourmet meal or servery for a take-away from the nearby Sawtell restaurants. Alternatively, guests can use the outdoor kitchen and BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
The gardens are a wonderful green oasis filled with fragrant ginger plants. The courtyard is fenced which enabled us to be dog friendly.
The Ginger has free Wi Fi installed. Our eco-credentials are top rate with power generating PVRs on the roof top and solar hot water and EV charging. 22 Kw - 32 amp Type 2 or five pin three phase charging @ 50 cents per kilowatt hour. Each suite and the general area have their own air conditioning units.
Sawtell's beautiful patrolled surf beach is at the end of the street. The village's vibrant main street is a 10 minute walk away and offers a great selection of eateries, hotel and clubs and the historic Sawtell Cinema. Sawtell's (18 hole) Golf, Tennis and Bowls clubs are also within walking distance.
Coffs Harbour is 15mins by car and has all the facilities of a large regional city.

The whole of Ginger is available for guetsts. There are three "suites" in Ginger all separated with their own facilities.

WHITE Ginger is a loft apartment style space. It features New York chic charcoal and white with Japanese undertones, including delicate Shoji screens and timber floors. Black leather tub chairs and ottomans provide ultimate comfort for TV watching. White Ginger's open style Ensuite is unique with a wide shower, bidet, wc and a basin floating on a timber counter.
BLUE Ginger is our largest suite. It has a separate Living, Bedroom and En suite. The living area is a contemporary style painted in an edgy charcoal colour. Geoffrey Smart prints set off the space and a comfortable dark leather couch and ottoman floats in the timber floor. A glass desk is available for any last minute work. The bed room is large, light and airy. Black wrought iron touches are thematic. Blue ginger pots decorate the space.
RED Ginger is an eclectic style suite with separate bed room, living room and bathroom. Broad timber boarded floors set off the deep grey retro style couch. The living area has a quaint desk alcove. Marble tops are a feature in Red Ginger, with a base oriental theme. Both the Bed room and the sitting room have their individual TVs. Red Ginger's bath room features a sunken bath. Red ginger is on the ground floor.
