Great stay for a family or small group!

This cabin is located in a great neighborhood and is just a 5-10 drive to great beaches and things to do in town. We enjoyed our long weekend at the cabin and definitely would consider booking again with this company.

Cozy, wonderful mountain cabin

My family and I loved staying here. Beautiful views from the mountains, lovely neighborhood, and very cozy / comfortable house. Well decorated and well equipped with things we needed.

Nice, but….

Loved the location. Place is pretty beat up tho…which makes it seem unclean. Even when we checked in there was a little comment about how it needed updating.

Beautiful cozy house for Adults

We enjoyed our stay at this house and would stay again. Living room and patio settings we enjoyed the most. Layout of kitchen, dining area with living room we enjoyed and felt homely. If you are going with infants or toddlers, be very careful as stairs railing guard has large openings and kids may easily pass between. Kitchen utensils and bathroom could be updated a bit.

The property worked for our weekend trip. Good location and nice view off the front deck. It is in need of some general maintenance and deep cleaning. They were doing some work on the house next door and at one point a guy jumped over the fence into the backyard yard to run a hose up to the backyard or the house next door. Saw us on the deck and didn’t say anything? Kinda weird? Priced too high for the property age and condition.

Great hospitality

Checked in at the office to get key (would be nice to be able to go straight to the property) but the employee that checked us in was super nice. The house was VERY clean, in a good neighborhood and had a great view. Only took us 6mins to Diamond peak. Kids enjoyed sledding in the yard. Adults loved the fires in the fireplace everyday. Only complaint would be that the bathrooms are small and the kitchen could use some updating.

Close to everything

While we were comfortable in the house, we found both the inside and outside a bit run down and in need of updating. There are numerous throw rugs which may pose a risk for older renters. The master bedroom does not have a door leading into the bathroom, thus affording no privacy for anyone using the facilities. The residence is close to town and everything in Incline Village and the surrounding Lake Tahoe area was easily accessible. The electric bicycle rental and ride on the lakes eastern shore was a huge highlight.
