About this property
Willow on the Waterfront
This spacious luxurious Waterfront property is situated in the Woodland Estate of Yarrawonga, on a quiet and peaceful part of the river.
You will enjoy your holiday with all the comforts from home, which has just been fully renovated both inside and out. For your comfort the house boasts 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with individual ensuites, and 2 with shared ensuites. All bedrooms also include Flatscreen TV's with built in DVD players and new air conditioners.
Bedding Configuration consists of 4 bedrooms with the following configuration:
1 x King bed
1 x Queen bed
1 x Queen bed
2 x Double beds
The main living area has a state of the art kitchen with quality Blanco appliances with also a Jura coffee machine, 2 Lounge areas, a dining area and for your convenience a desk to do work away from home if required.
There is also a treadmill for those of you that have an exercise regime.
Directly off the main living area, you will find a wonderful patio that has both ceiling fans and ceiling heaters for winter time.This area overlooks the pool area that is complete with a glass pool fence with uninterrupted views to the Murray and including landscaped gardens and direct access to the Murray River. The patio is fully roofed with blinds to adjust to your liking It is furnished with both a lounge and dining area, built in barbeque and drinks fridge as well as a large Flatscreen TV.
We also have for your delight, a brand new private jetty that we have just installed which is only footsteps from our backdoor. As an added bonus the home is situated a mere 100 metres from a quiet well maintained boat ramp.
This is a holiday home not a house you will see and feel the difference when you arrive, the kitchen is well equipped with more than basic supplies in the pantry, cupboards and laundry and most important it feels like a home when you stay.
Please note the property has a double driveway for parking, but does not include the garage in the rental.
Linen is provided and included in the price (Bedding and Towels). Beach towels however are not supplied.
For your convenience the home has 2 x inside fridge/freezers and an outside drinks fridge.
Minimum stays in low season are 5 nights.
Minimum stays in high season are 7 nights with Christmas and new year to be 2 separate 7 night periods.
Terms and Conditions of Willow on the Waterfront Holiday Accommodation
A bond is required of $1000.00 per stay to be included with your final payment
Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 21 days or 60 days prior during peak holiday season prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation within 21 to 60 days if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period and will be agreed at the owners discretion .
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The property strictly accommodates 10 people/children and is available to families only, upon your request we will require individual ages of persons staying at the property and a photo id of the renter for insurance purposes.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Out of respect to our neighbours either side of our property please keep noise to a minimum - especially loud music and noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
For safety reasons under no circumstances is any glass/bottles to be taken in or around the pool area. Broken glass is already very hard to find on normal floors. If a glass breaks beside a pool and glass goes into the pool it would be nearly impossible to find all the pieces that may or may not have sank to the bottom of the pool. The pool would have to be completely drained and this expense would be taken immediately from the guests bond.
The house is strictly non smoking both inside and out.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Bond is payable at time as the final payment amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
