Features 3 bedrooms with all linen and towels provided.
* master with en-suite (yellow room)
* the blue room has 2 single beds, which can be moved to a double,
* and the bunk bed bedroom The Family room with two couches, coffee table and a large TV.

The kitchen is well appointed, complete with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and ample cooking facilities.

Other features include TV, DVD, WII console, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 showers, 2 toilets and 1 bath. 1 washing machine and outdoors clothes line is provided, large backyard, fire place (contained fire barrell with initial firewood provided) and large BBQ.

Check-in is 2pm but can be earlier by arrangement. Check out is 10am but may be negotiable.

Security BOND may be required, amount dependant on the booking.
A copy of your drivers license may also be required for security reasons.

Nice little getaway

Easy check in and good location to explore the peninsular. Accommodation was comfortable and well fitted out. Great that it was so dog friendly with a secure yard.

We loved our time in this Rosebud house. So easy, everything we needed there, great backyard, comfortable beds, so quiet, close to everything. We could have stayed for days and days, 2 nights was just a taster!

Perfect location

Comfortable place & great location. Prompt maintenance was done on the property once the host was contacted. Wasn't the most cleanest place we have stayed at, but we dealt with it. Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely gem in Rosebud!

The property was lovely and exactly as described. It was clean and the 2 bathrooms were a real bonus. Our dog loved exploring the backyard and our 10 yo daughter spent plenty of time relaxing in the hammock. It was the perfect place for an Easter getaway and we'd happily stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and accommodating. My teenage children were disappointed that there was no table tennis table (which was stated in your property description) Also another couch in the loungeroom would have made our stay even more comfortable.

Lovely clean and spacious and pet friendly!

Very nice home with secure backyard for our dog. Clean and spacious with very comfortable main bed with ensuite. It was just two of us but nice to know we could have had our adult children there as well. Not far from the beach and lots of restaurants. Great communication from our host.

Great weekend away

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy to find. Quick drive to town centre. The dogs loved it too. I couldn't get the barbeque to light, but that was probably my own incompetence.

A great getaway with your dogs

We had a great stay here over the weekend. An ideal location to stay with your dogs. The house was very clean with all amenities inside and out. Monika the owner was always available with any questions, very helpful and friendly lady. In a very peaceful setting, only minutes to the beaches and enclosed dog parks, this is a must for all dog lovers. Will definitely be going back, thanks Monika 😊

Comfortable and homely

We had a lovely stay in a very comfortable property. The property had everything we needed for some BBQs, some home cooking, a dog friendly yard, walking dustace from the beach (about 15 minutes by walk or three minutes by car), shops, op shops, restaurants, Park Run and an easy drive to surrounding holiday spots like Sorrento. The surrounding neighbours were quiet, and the lovely host offered us early check in and late check out. We stayed for a week and would be happy to stay again.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Whilst only a short drive to cafes, supermarkets, restaurants andà beach this cottage is peaceful and relaxing. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the backyard is secure and grassed, plus the furnished verandah ensures humans and pooches can rest and enjoy sunshine and shade. Inside the property is clean, comfy and equipped with all you need. Ideal for 2 nights or 2 weeks. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Met my needs.

Just a short stay to enable me to look around. Not much time spent at property. Pet safe so happy to leave my dog while out and about. Late exit time was very helpful. But if I was to holiday for any length of time would prefer closer to the water - naturally. Suggestion - a wipper snipper around the yard of all the long grass. Pleasure speaking with you. Pauline

The owner Monica is nice, when she saw my message which was we were already in front of her house, but she didnt get the system that we're book in today. She drive an hour to clean the house. I'm appreciated what she did. Unfortunately the my son's bed was full of sand and there's a big insect climbed on my bedroom. We enjoyed the Wii games there and the beautiful beach not far away the house.

Extremely Disappointing

The property was not as shown online. The lawns were unkept and the house was not clean. There were ants in the pantry, dirty jocks found in one of the bedrooms, chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms couldn't be used because you couldn't open them fully, every second peg in the peg holder was broken, there was no tea towel or paper towel (as mentioned in the ad). The grass was long and the kids couldn't play in the backyard for fear of snakes and safety reasons. The 2 nights we stayed was expensive so what we got was poor. Another point to note is the property is for sale, so care factor zero!

Very Disappointed

The most depressing property we have experienced. Filthy in parts, dilapidated, dark, and unloved. Couldn't use the BBQ as it was filthy.Old, worn sheets which didn't feel clean and thin, old towels. Old and worn frypans.Were left 4 rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay and 2 rubbish bags.Poor TV reception in master bedroom, poor water pressure in ensuite shower, and holes in the flyscreens.Lawn unmowed and a dirty mop in the laundry sink. A used razor in the bathroom vanity cupboard. Back door to laundry doesn’t close properly. Stains in uncleaned toilet.A couch which was covered in stains and old, dirty cushions. An absolute disgrace and a ripoff.

Spacious, Neat and Clean and great location

We have stayed at this property a couple of times. It has a great location - 15mins gentle walk down to the beach and shops. It is very well maintained and has an enclosed yard safe for pets. Communication from property managers is always fast and friendly. Would recommend and look forward to staying again!
