Welcome to your charming 3-bedroom holiday home on Dawesville Estuary. Renovated with style, yet retaining its character, this property offers a comfortable stay for families or groups. The air-conditioned home features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two bunk beds and two trundle beds, and a third bedroom with a full king. There's also a woodfire with firewood supplied.

Outside, you'll find a second outdoor bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet and two BBQs for your use. The fully equipped kitchen boasts an art deco style and new appliances, including a Delonghi Pod machine, perfect for preparing meals during your stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a boat ramp down the road, making it ideal for boating enthusiasts. There is enough room to park a boat trailer. Crabbing is just a walk across the road, and you can unwind in the evenings with stunning sunset views from the front lounge.

DOGS & PETS
We’re happy to welcome your pet, but this must be approved in advance. A separate non-refundable fee of $115 per pet applies and is payable through our guest portal. Pets are preferred to stay outside. If they are inside, they must be kept off all furniture and beds.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets unless approved by the property manager and the $115 pet fee has been paid. You can add this in your guest portal after booking.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
