This historical house in the picturesque town of Alcala (famous for offering some of the best water-fireworks in Europe during its local festivities), has been remodeled to the "T" conserving all its original floors, doors and windows. This villa is just steps from the beach, where you can swim with sea turtles all year round, scuba-dive, chill on your terrace or by the water watching dolphins go by or take a whale and dolphin boat tour. Your Villa is also facing the largest town-square in the south of the Island surrounded with coffee shops and some of the freshest fish restaurants in Spain. Next door we offer you the only organic / gluten-free restaurant of the area where you could also consult with a professional nutritionist. Neighboring a beach house belonging to the Spanish Royal Family, we are 25 minutes away from the airport and walking distance to Palacio Isora grand hotel (seen in one of the pictures). Besides the beach, which is right in front of your property, you could also enjoy many activities right by us, such as golfing in the impressive Abama, hiking in Masca, visiting the giant cliffs, horse riding, visiting the magical national park of Teide or jump on a free bus to have a blast at Siam Park, the number 1 water park in the world. We top it all off with a complimentary cleaning service as per Covid's European clean guide making your stay royal. Looking forward to hosting you soon.

„Schein-kulante“ Vermieter. Absolute Unverschämtheit! Nicht zu empfehlen

As a courtesy -and although it is not our obligation- we sent a message long in advance to inform this guest that there will be local festivities as usual during the week of the 15th of August, and they take place in the plaza right in front of the property.
In this period we get sold out, as guests come from all over to celebrate the local festivities of The Virgin Mary and watch the spectacular water-fireworks of Alcala (where they are best seen from our properties).
We also offered to move the dates this guest's reservation to later date given her a voucher valid for several years, in case she preferred not to come during this period.
She got upset and did not accept to move her dates nor to take the voucher. Our property stayed vacant during that time period every day awaiting her arrival. Finally she did not come and gave us the worst review.
We again take this opportunity here to inform all future guests that in the month of February and in the middle of August of every year, the city choses the Plaza in front of us to celebrate these wonderful holidays and we have no control over what exact day they start. It is the responsibility of the guest to check on the website of the municipality of Guia De Isora. That website is also in English and gives the Fiestas information.
We look forward to hosting all future guests soon.

Fabulous place with some drawbacks
We loved our stay here because of the beautiful roof deck where we spent a lot of time and the charming town and closeness to the water. But there were some drawbacks
especially if you're an older traveler.
1. bathrooms are on a different floor than bedrooms
2. there are many step up and downs on floor that are easy to trip on especially in the middle of the night.
3. Loud street cleaners start at 7am every weekday. We didn't mind getting up but if you like to sleep late you're in trouble.
4. We had mosquitoes in the room despite keeping the windows shut. I was badly bitten one nightl
Beautiful house in small town setting. Children’s playground and cafes a little close. Worth a visit
Beautiful house next to the sea. Located in village type setting. Ideal for traveling around the island (car necessary). Very nice roof terrace, however, a little noisy at times, children’s playground next to house. Would recommend a stay here.
