The open-plan living area is light-filled and welcoming, complete with a comfortable lounge and a sofa bed for an additional guest along with the latest technology samsung smart tv. What a wonderful little cottage : tastefully decorated, excellent kitchen appliances. The king size bed is very comfortable along with the couch in the living area. My wife Hannah and I are absolute beach lovers and hold a special place in our hearts for the central coast and Avoca Beach in particular. We have tried to create a special and relaxed space for others to enjoy a romantic weekend or week away from the busy city life.

We love the beach walks, the rock pools and the local restaurants and boutique shops that all ooze charm and that country beach style feel.

Why they chose this property

Avoca Beach is relaxed, the people are all friendly and the weather is usually just perfect. The location just one hour north of Sydney makes Avoca Beach easy to access and not a chore to get to and from. We love the local restaurants and the most amazing beach on the Central coast. There is children safe areas to swim, a patrolled beach as well as great waves for those that love to surf.

What makes this property unique

Sandy Corner has an unbeatable position. Our little slice of the central coast sits right on the corner of the lake where it meets the ocean. It is also only a 50 meter walk to the main cafe and shopping strip. Our guests love that you can drive to the cottage, park the car and not need to drive again until they leave to head home.
