Beautiful Mornington Peninsula Spa just a few minutes drive away as well as world class wineries, golf, ferry rides, restaurants and shopping.
The garden features native landscaping and includes a sweeping driveway for 4-5 cars plus separate private parking zone for a boat or jetski (please enquire if you require access to this).
BEDROOM 1: Parents retreat which includes adjustable Queen bed and private ensuite. High quality mattress, doona and pillows provided.
BEDROOM 2: King Size bed with high quality mattress - doona and pillows provided.

Mornington peninsula has so much to offer and is very accessible. This property is a dream to stay in as it’s clean, light filled and open plan. The backyard is perfect for bbqs and lazing on the grass. I love how it’s so close to the beach, just a short walk with no hills.
