One...well behaved small dog (<12 kg) over two year old is welcome in Santorini spa On Request. If Your dog is a "Barker"...I am sorry this property is not suitable. It is "important" to let us know and request if you wish to bring your dog or any pet, thank you. There is a dog beach and dog exercise area bordering the Villa.

Open plan living with leather lounge, cafe table and chairs inside and out-side. Separate spacious bathroom with luxurious two person spa and separate shower. Quality furnishings and fittings. Reverse cycle-heating/cooling, heat lamps in bathroom, and personal safe, TV, Fridge, Microwave and kitchen/dining ware.
Own private courtyard has a Mediterranean kitchen with hot plate... several sized pots and pans, steamer and frying pan. BBQ is gas with comfortable table and chairs.

Guests access the property via off street parking with One car bay and own entrance. Key safe with code allows guests access any time so as no need to contact us re check in…any time after 2 pm.

We respect the privacy of our guests and we will only make contact if we are needed. We are available for all your needs or any info we can offer you. We are available for contact anytime on our mobile and we will respond asap.

You cannot be closer to the beaches, surf spots or the walk trails. No need to drive or walk to the beach to see awesome Sunsets...You can enjoy your own private front row seats... and maybe enjoy your own romantic Sunset dinner.
Villa is prime oceanfront location situated at Prevelly beach in the heart of the Margaret River wine region.

If you enjoy the comforts of home, waking to ocean views and at the end of the day to sit watch spectacular sunsets with nothing but open space and the sound of birdsong then this is the place for you. Be it a romantic getaway for two or a relaxing holiday.

In front of the Villa it is also very good for... swimming, snorkeling and walking along the Cape to Cape Trail. The iconic world renown Surfers Point and the three main surfing breaks are also in front of the Villa just a short stroll away.

The still mornings are perfect for all land or water activities and the late afternoons bring in soft cool breezes to cool you in the summer months.

Sea Garden Cafe... open early until late and Prevelly shop and liqueur store are situated very close to the Villa... about 200 meters walk from the Villa.

From out front of the Villa... take a short walk along the ocean path to the White Elephant Cafe at Gnarabup beach. Or Sea Garden Cafe is about 200 meters from the opposite the entrance to our Street (this is a short street with a cul-de-sac, so limited traffic).

Come and enjoy this unique Margaret River experience.. Award-winning wineries and various attractions are all close by... within a short drive.

A car is need to explore the region. Sorry, there is no public transport. Taxis are available.

Santorini Spa Apt.. is one of three purposely designed self-contained apartments at the Villa. Each apt has their own private entrance and privacy... There is no communal areas. We invite you to come and enjoy our Greek themed accommodation at the ocean, in the heart of the Margaret River wine region.
N. B. Only sleeps two (2) persons in one King-size bed.

Dear guests...our dog fee is minimal. And there is No Cleaning Fee. We want to keep it this way.
Please before you leave can you use the vacuum cleaner re any sand or dog hair/fur. And keep your dog off the bed and cushions etc.
N.B. also BBQ...must be cleaned...we leave the cleaning equipment. Cleaners charge us more if they have to do this type cleaning. And we do request that dogs are never left alone at any time? Our experience is that dogs get anxious in a strange place and bark and cry...when left alone. Much appreciated. Thank you.
N. B. Please do not leave your dog at home in this apartment…inside or outside. Dogs tend to bark a lot when left alone. Also I am sorry to advise you...I cannot accept any dog to the property...that has a disposition to bark, even in the presence of their owners. Lately we have experienced volatile barkers...And our neighbours are not happy!

We accept and welcome "one Small, well behaved dog" on request. Please contact us to confirm.
N.B. If any guest(s) arrive with a dog without prior acknowledgement or confirmation that their dog can stay…the booking will become invalid with no refund.

With respect for our neighbourhood. Please respect the quiet time between 10.00pm and 8.00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited. This includes dogs who bark excessively.

Please can you report any faults, damage, breakages or problem to us as soon as possible. We will come to your assistance asap, thank you.

The accommodation includes supply of all linen and towels, unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept check ins or check outs...24, 25, 26, 31 December or 1 and 2 January.

Smoking is not allowed inside. But please enjoy in your enclosed courtyard and balcony that over looks lovely open space to the Ocean. Thank you.
