Modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, 2 minutes walk from the Main Street.
Where you can enjoy all the Restaurants, Bars and shopping Margaret River has to offer.
All rooms have queen beds.
There is a double lock up garage with additional off-street parking behind the Villa.
Open plan living area with TV and Bose sound system and free wifi. Outside is a BBQ, table and chairs for relaxing.
There are 2 mountain bikes and 3 body boards available for your use as well.

Beaches- some of the worlds most beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.

Surfing -many world class surf breaks are located a short distance away -let me know and I can recommend some spots depending on your skill level .

Winery/Brewery- enjoy some of the world renown local wineries and visit one of many boutique breweries in the area.

National Parks -beautiful national parks were you can enjoy walks or ride the bike trails

Great value for the dollar at this beautiful condo rental...squeaky clean, spacious and well equipped (especially the kitchen!!). Perfect location to everything we wanted to see. A great location within walking distance to all shops,cafes and eateries in main town. Communication with host was easy and the house was tidy,clean and had everything you would want for a short stay. Felt safe and secure with a lockup garage for your car.
