‘Hillside House’ is modern and elegant, and also situated within walking distance to the restaurant. It is perched privately atop a gentle hill that oversees the entire property, with stunning views across the vineyards to the Mt Lofty Ranges.

We love Hillside House, perfectly situated on top of the hill overlooking the vineyards. Stunning sunrise and sunsets. Walking distance to The Currant Shed & Shottesbrooke Winery. The house is clean, modern, spacious, has everything you need and was perfect for the 6 of us (3 couples) to enjoy an amazing few days of great wineries & delicious food in McLaren Vale & beyond.

Panoramic views of country side and vineyards Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Bedrooms are comfortable and contains drawers which are good for storage. Breakfast amenities from local supplies and a bottle of sparkling was a very nice touch. We loved our stay and hope to come back again sometime. The house was very comfortable and has the most amazing views of the hills and clouds rolling in over the mountains. The sunsets were stunning too. The house is very private and gets lovely cool breezes in the afternoon - very nice on a hot day. One of our favourite holiday houses!

Stayed here for 3 nights - not enough. NO winery in the area has the view Hillside offers! Clean and away from it all - absolute bliss. 15 min drive from the beach and on the doorstep to many wineries - it honestly doesn't get any better. Brilliant property!!

Our two night stay at the Hillside House was gorgeous, settling down with a glass of sparkling overlooking the picturesque Mclaren Vale vineyards was a truely special experience. The house itself was clean, beautifully styled and included everything we needed for a relaxed stay. We felt very comfortable and secluded in the property, can’t wait to visit again soon.
