From your private verandah you might see the platypus, water dragons, wild duck, fish, skinks, possums and many varieties of bird that the creek and the tropical plants and features of the garden attract. YOUR FACILITIES ARE MODERN with: Underfloor heated bathroom, air-conditioning, WiFi, TV, Portable Bluetooth Speaker, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair-dryer AND DESIGNED FOR RELAXATION with comfortable queen bedding (towels and linen supplied) hammock, yoga mats, tennis racquets, games and magazines. Avoid parking and stroll to the Berry Market (held on the first Sunday of each month) or Farmers' market (every fortnight). You might even like to be pampered at one of Berry's massage salons. Or take your car to visit one of many local wineries, beaches, swimming pools, townships, bushwalks or coastal walk only minutes away. Jervis Bay with its famous beaches such as Greenpatch, Murrays Beach. Hyams Beach and other lovely swimming and picnic spots, such as the Currarong Rockpool are approx 40 mins drive away.

The perfect weekend getaway. The place is gorgeous, immaculately designed, and even better than the pictures. The garden and views are stunning, and the value for money is incredible. A well-deserved 10/10 stay."
Such a beautiful spot for a quiet weekend getaway! Sally was a gracious host, and the bottle of bubbly was a lovely bonus. The underfloor heating was a gamechanger and despite going at the beginning of winter we barely felt the cold when inside. Short walk from town, very convenient - would highly recommend staying here!
The weekender was quiet, private and comfortable with everything we needed. Sally is a fantastic host and pays attention to detail. We had a lovely and relaxing stay.
A lovely place to celebrate our 39th Wedding Anniversary!Everything we needed was there, and a few thoughtful extras. Even saw some water dragons in the creek!Highly recommended.
Such a great place to stay for our weekend away with Sally giving us a warm welcome to our private oasis, The studio is perched above Broughton Creek we watched wildlife come and go including a sighting of a platypus. We will be back!
Everything about the cabin was fantastic. It was cozy and well fitted out with all the amenities, including AC which was very much needed during the heatwave. Sally went the extra mile to make our stay even more special and clearly puts a lot of love and care into the place.
Lovely relaxing views of the flowing creek. Lovely and clean. Well set up. Lots of lovely extras like fresh flowers in the bathroom chocolates, wine, homemade biscuits, fresh milk, slippers and bathrobes,a personalised note when we arrived.
Great , easy walk into Berry centre.
We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding at The Homestead, which is conveniently located right across the road from this property. We loved our stay. Sally has thought of everything - even a hammock to hang in on the deck. The kitchenette was well stocked and there was a bbq to cook on. The bed was comfy with plenty of extra blankets. The bathroom was lovely and roomy. There is air conditioning and heating. The property had beautiful gardens and we quite enjoyed sitting on the deck reading. There is traffic noise but we knew there would be and took our earplugs so the noise didn’t affect our sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

The property offered the best of both worlds, a nice quiet chill place to relax infront of the creek but also walking distance into the main town for dinner and drinks!
